"Hellooooo and welcome to a new live stream, this morning you join me in a kitchen, which is not mine, but it's a kitchen," Blake said, waving at his phone. "Let's wait for a few more people to join and then I have a very special announcement to make and we can get started with today's live," he said, smiling at you behind the camera.
The plan was to announce you as his girlfriend and then to make some cupcakes, to ease you into the fandom a bit.
Once about 2,000 people were watching Blake's stream on the band account, he began the announcement.
"So, today I'm going to talk to you about something quite serious compared to normal but you'll all love it and I'm sure you'll accept it," he said, giggling at some of the comments people were leaving. "I'm not the only one in today's live, I actually have somebody else with me..." he continued, taking your wrist and pulling you into shot.
"Um, so guys this is my girlfriend y/n. I'm being completely serious in case you thought wow she's out of his league, we have been together for a couple of years now and we're very happy," he continued after you'd greeted the fans.
"Hi guys, I'm y/n. I'm not trying to steal Blake away or anything like that, we're just a happy couple and one of us just so happens to be a bit of a celebrity and is therefore quite seriously protected," you laughed as you said the last bit.
A couple of comments popped up, most saying #Y/S/N or OTP OTP OTP IVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS and the occasional she's gorgeous and you're so cute together 😍. There were obviously some hate comments but you knew that would happen so it didn't upset you too much and you didn't let it get to you.
The live continued for a little while, and you had lots of fun making the cupcakes together. You were so happy that you were finally out to the fans and that you and Blake could finally act like a couple in public.
