Cuphead x Depressed! Reader

Cuphead's POV
My bro and I have been searching for weeks for the two idiots. And by idiots, I mean Bendy and Boris. We were supposed to have blown them to bits by now. But Mugs just HAD to invite someone to join us. I think her name was Y/n. Yeah, that's right. Ugh, she's so depressing, she never wants to do anything and she's always reading. Even her books are depressing, The Illusion of Living, by Joey Drew. Anyway, we decided to stop and get a hotel room in the next town over. After about 45 minutes of walking, we finally got to the hotel. As I got us a room, I notice Y/n staring at me with her book in front of her face. I see that she's blushing like crazy while she's talking to Mugs. I shrug it off and grabbed him by his scarf, pulling him up the stairs. We got to our room and noticed there were only two beds. I looked at Y/n and she just shrugged at me. "Well, I guess someone has to share their bed." she said quietly. I was surprised that she actually spoke at all. She hasn't spoke at all the entire trip. I looked at her and then looked at Mugs, who coincidently, already fell asleep on one the beds, taking up all the space available. I roll my eyes and looked at Y/n, "So I guess we share that bed. You okay with that?" She looked at me and then back at her book. "I'm fine with that. I'll be right back." She put her book down and then walked to the bathroom, locking the door.

Y/n POV (bet you didn't expect that!😋😋)
I casually walked to the bathroom and locked the door behind me. Then, I changed into my night clothes. Walking back into the room, I see Cuphead reading my book. "I hope you saved my place." I looked at him and he blushed. "Sorry. I was just wondering why you always had your nose in this book. Now I know why. Its a pretty good book." He put the book back on the nightstand and rolled over. I grabbed the blanket and pulled it over me as I laid down next to him. I couldn't fall asleep, so I laid there in the dark for almost 2 hours. Then, Cuphead stirred in his sleep, rolled over towards me and put his arm over me. I blushed hard, then he leaned forward and gently kissed my forehead. I blushed even harder and then fell asleep with his arm around me.
I wake up the next morning to find Cupheads arm still around my waist and I'm snuggled into his chest. I quietly get out of bed and head to the bathroom to get dressed and do lady things. After I leave the bathroom, I notice Cuphead was up and waking Mugman up. "Ready to head out?" he said to me as Mugman was getting out of bed and rubbing his eyes. We gather our things and walk back downstairs to the entrance. Cuphead checked out and continue on our way to destroy Bendy and Boris.

Cupheads POV
I think I'm in love. Last night, before I fell asleep, I wrapped my arms around Y/n and pulled her close. Then I leaned in and kissed her forehead. I saw that she was blushing and then eventually fell asleep. The next morning, I got up and shook Mugs awake. He sat up and rubbed his eye. "Ready to head out?" I ask Y/n and we all got our stuff together and left the hotel. As we were leaving, I notice Y/n blushing like crazy. She looked at me then quickly looked away when she saw me staring. I am in love. I don't know how I haven't noticed this before. Her (f/c) hair shines in the sunlight and her (e/c) eyes sparkle. Even when she's depressed. I have to tell her how I feel. But how? I thought all these things in my head as we walked through the town. I looked at Y/n and said, "Can I tell you something? Over there where Mugs can't hear us?" She nodded her head and we walked away a little bit before I grabbed her hand. She looked down and then up at me blushing. "I... I have a confession to make." I started saying. "I think I'm in l...l-love with you." I look into her (e/c) eyes and pull her close to me. She started to blush even redder as I pull her into a gentle kiss. I close my eyes and feel her kiss me back. Soon, I hear the leaves behind us rustle and see Mugs standing at us staring. I pull away from the kiss and look at Y/n, seeing she's blushing like a tomato. "I-I think I-I L-Like Y-You T-Too..." She shuddered and I looked at her in surprise. We both blushed and I said, "So I guess we're lovers now?" She nodded and I pulled her in for another kiss.
