Who Don't See the pain in your eyes

Lock yourself in the bathroom and cry

Awful people around, though you don't make a sound
They hurt you with words and mean faces
Numb yourself from the pain, even if you'll feel drained
You feel fat in really skinny places

You try to be a princess, pink, and peachy sweet
But it's just too much for your soul
Anxiety and depression from your head to your feet
Your heart is no longer whole

You start to loose interest in everything you love
Drawings and stories are a blur
Darkness takes over your life, filling it with pain and strife
Your sadness has not one cure

You always feel numb, people don't help
They just make everything bad
That's why you lock yourself away, and build up a wall
So they don't have a chance to make you sad

Earbuds and music, that's all that you have
It blocks out those harmful words
Just turn up the volume a little bit more
Looks up at the sky and the birds

Fly away little angel, away from the world
With the others, just like you
Peacefully, beautifully, into the blue sky
Get a body that is brand new
