Zion takes me back to my car which is in front of my Thursday last class building parking lot the next day after my date with Austin.
See, it wouldn't bothered me to stay longer with Austin but I had to head to the airport with just Eleanor.
Alice and Margie had to stay back here in LA due to classes in the weekend and events as well but I'm flying back Monday night so Eleanor and me are good.

"That'd be twenty two dollars with sixty nine cents." I hand the cashier twenty three dollars.
"Keep the rest." I offer as I grab my bags and Eleanor helps me out.
We booked a flight late last night on Wednesday, you're welcome mom!
I lead Eleanor to my car, I got one here in North Carolina and one in California.
"Are you planning on seeing Micheal?" Micheal is my ex boyfriend and we broke up- But I'm not going to go into full detail due to it being a messy relationship.
"I don't think so, but if he shows up the I guess so..." I reply uncomfortably as I put the bags in the back seat and go to the driver seat.
Once I close the door behind me, Eleanor is all set up in her sit. I turn on the car and drive to our neighborhood.
Thank god we lived in the same neighborhood, as we hanged out 24/7.
"But we can see other people." I try to change the subject as I turn left, out of CVS.
"Annie?"
"Sure, if she's here then yeah."
We arrive home in less than five minutes due to Matthews being a small town, and everything is less than twenty minutes away.
"Help me with the bags." Eleanor does as I instruct, grabbing few bags and I follow behind her with the last bags.
"We're back!" Eleanor yells, we've got a family reunion with Eleanor & Margie, Alice, Micheal, and my family.
I go around the circle of the people, greeting everyone.
"Is Micheal coming?" Eleanor asks, and I give her a death glare.
"He's on his way with Stephanie." Stephanie is his new girlfriend, but its fine by me.
"I'm going upstairs and just... You know, take a shower." I excuse myself, going upstairs.
I head down the hall, to the last door which holds my bedroom.

I take out my phone from my back pocket, seeing the ID.

I slide my finger against my phone screen, placing it against my phone.
"Hi Austin!" I look at the alarm in my nightstand.
"Hey princess, how was the flight?" I can imagine him smiling on the other side of the line.
"Hmm... It could've been better." I jump on my bed, knowing we're probably going to be on the phone more than one minute.
"Busy?"
"Nah, there's just a party downstairs of family friends but Stephanie and Micheal are coming which I despite both of them... Which means that I've locked myself in my room." I ramble.
"And what are you doing?" I add.
"Writing music."
"Uhh, interesting. Will you ever write one about me?"
"Maybe."
"Oh boy." I giggle, and Austin chuckles from the other side of the line.
"Knock. Knock." I look up to see my mom, and we make eye contact.
"My mom wants to talk to me, so I'll call you when I'm done."
"Don't worry about it, I should focus on the song. Have fun princess."
"Bye baby." I take the phone away from my ear, ending the call and looking up once again at my mom.
"Baby? You never told me." My mom comes inside my room, sitting beside me.
"Uhh, its new. Kind of, its not official though. I meet him two weeks ago and it might be way too soon. Right? But he's cute. Like super cute. Like PHEW. God bless my soul." I kind of explain.
"What's his name?"
"Austin Porter, he's from here. Well from Charlotte, and he's twenty so just a year older. He's in a band signed by Simon who signed One Direction. He has two brothers, Mason and Ryan. He also got eight animals." And here I am, rambling once again.
"He sounds nice. You got a picture of Austin?" I take out my phone, and open up my Photos which has multiple photos of Austin. I took the one that he looks the best in.
"Here." I show my mom the picture of Austin, and she looks back at me with a smile.
"He's good looking." My mom offers.
"And is way different from Micheal, its a nice chance."
Going from a red hair boy to a blonde dyed hair isn't that much of a change- Or at least in looks but Austin is way better than Micheal in personalty.
"I want you to meet him but I want to make sure he's one to stay." Of course he'll stay, after all I've got to do this for the jar.
But Austin treats me good, unlike Micheal- At least for now.
"He's here! Micheal is here." Eleanor comes into my room, somehow out of breath.
"Oh boy." I mumble under my breath.
"Come on, it won't be that bad. It's been a year."
Exactly, it's been 12 months.
A year.
