They arrive in the small village they call home and immediately start looking for their child that they have been searching for what felt like an eternity. As they drove around the streets they spotted a small figure walking alone. They drove past and it was clear it was her. The mother's eyes instantly lit up as she saw the small child's sweet face. The small girl turned towards the car and stared at the woman sitting in the back seat of the black car.

This car slowlydrove past me so I turned to see what it was doing and this woman in the back seat looked like she was about to cry. Wait....I recognise her. But where from? And I recognise the man next to her. Oh wait they're getting out of the car, what do I do? Should I run? Should I ask what they want? I don't know what to do. I'll just carry on walking and hope that they don't want to talk to me.

They steeped out of the car and began to approach the girl, she turned and walked away. Trying to catch up the mother shouted, "Wait, it's me....your mum." She quickly turned around and stared into the woman's eyes before quickly running into her embrace. The father caught up and held his family in his arms. "I knew I recognised you, i knew I didn't belong with them." The girl admitted with a sweet smile as she went in for another hug. "Come on let's get you home and we get everything back on track." The father said reassuringly and the three of them walked back to the car where they then drove home.
At home
"Why did I ever leave, did you not want me any more?" The girl said. "No, we never got rid of you, you were taken from us." The mother said, "and since that day we haven't stopped looking for you." A gust of sudden realisation hit the girl like a truck, the man she called dad was just a petty robber, he was a criminal that should be punished. "Will 'he' be punished for kidnapping me?" "Yes, he will most certainly be sent to prison for a long time." The father said reassuringly. The family decided that it was time to celebrate they daughters return and went out for a family meal.
