He looked at my hand that was gripped onto his arm then he looked up at me. He pulled his arm back subtly and left an awkward smile.

"Uhh sure, follow me", he titled his head in the direction where we were heading towards.

As I followed him from behind, I observed from head to toe. His messy red hair was tousled in all different directions as if he just woke up from a nap. The grey jumper rested on his slouched posture, like he had millions of burden on his shoulders. My eyes trailed down to his feet, and boy has some nice ass shoes.

We stopped infront of the 'kitchen ware' table, where the kettle, mini stove and such were at. He soon started to tear the packet apart and so did I. The process was rather quiet, maybe we both we're just too tired to say anything. Well I know for myself that I was tired. My hands fell from the mid air while opening the packet to the surface of the table.

"Go sit down, I'll make it for you", I heard him say.

I shook my head to wake myself up and to deny the offer and tried to follow his steps. I felt his soft hands lay on my forearm and I looked up into his eyes.

"I said I'll make it for you", he repeated.

He moved to his left and bumped my shoulder to get infront of me, which resulted myself from stepping back from the table. I released a sigh of guilt and tiredness and soon enough gave up on fighting my exhaustion.

I walked outside the convenient store and sat down on the chair. I rested my head on the table and faced the glass window which gave me a view of the boy cooking the goods with efficient skills.

"Does this guy really not know how to make instant noodles? Everyone in Korea knows how to make this shit. Even a 10 year old knows how to make this", Donghyuck thought.

He looked over to his left and through the window He could see Mark's face resting on the table... sleeping. He must have had a long day.

Usually Donghyuck wouldn't bother helping anyone at this hour but the stranger looked lost like as if he was a foreigner. Well his Korean was a different, it wasn't broken nor was it fluent but it was kind of cute...

He eventually walked outside the store and was welcomed by the cool spring breeze. He placed the two bowls of noodles on the table and took a seat. As He sat across the unknown with my back laying relaxedly against the chair with his arms crossed. Donghyuck smirked at the man's uniformed snores and drool puddling the already dirty table.

Donghyuck kicked his the shin of his legs underneath the table which abruptly caused Mark to whimper a soft moan that was being muffled into his arm.

"Yah, food is ready"

Mark looked up at the younger with disbelief as he was being disrespected, but then again, the stranger to Mark was being kind enough to make him food. The pair ate in silence but the little glances at one another was enough to form a conversation. Slurps and the sound of cars passing by filled up the awkward atmosphere. Both men had nothing to say to one another other than a thanks from Mark.

"I'm leaving now, goodnight", Donghyuck said as he stood up and shoved his hands into his pockets of his jumper.

Mark nodded in response and continued to finish up his meal. Not long after, he checked the time on his phone and it was already 11:25pm, soon it'll be a new day, a fresh start in the city of Seoul. He also did the same as the red head, shoved his hands into the pockets of his jumper and headed off to home.

---
Donghyuck was making his way home from the convenient store, he walked through the familiar ally way with his music being played through his earphones in peace.

Suddenly he sensed a shadow following him from a far. Though there was a distance, the shadow was definitely following him from every turn. He paced up his speed with his feet almost trembling on its own. There was still quite a few minutes before he could reach home, so his heart rate began to increase as he hears the footsteps getting closer and closer.

He decided to take off and run.

But only to be pulled back by a strong grip which caused him to groan in pain. The grip was so strong that it forced him to turn around abruptly, which revealed a familiar figure right infront of his eyes. He man had black hair and a lean body, similar to the man from the convenient store and his dream.

"You forgot your wallet", he said.

"Oh... thanks", he replied with his eyebrows furrowed.

"So did you follow me just to give it back, you could've just handed it to the police station"

Mark didn't know how to respond, so he just looked around the street left and right as of a result seeing no cars, just dim lit street lights.

"I'm not familiar with the city and neighbourhood yet. Plus this is the way back to my apartment"

Now it was Donghyuck's turn to be left speechless. Not because he didn't know what to say but it was the way how Mark's eyes glistened underneath the dark sky just like stars.

The pair walked in silence again, but this time it was comfortable. Late night walks eased the stress for the both of them whether they stressing about family problems, sexuality, work, studies or even what to eat for the next day. Hands lightly blushed against each other just enough to make Donghyuck flinch due to the fact that this all felt familiar. Like as if he was experiencing an dejavu. He suddenly stopped his motions which caused Mark to stop a little further ahead of him.

"Are you okay?", Mark asked turning back to walk to the younger.

"Yeah, I'm home now", he said a little disappointedly looking at the ground then back up to meet Mark's eyes which were already staring back at him.

"Oh", he pasued. "Thank you for earlier, you really didn't have to but...", he trailed off as he got lost in the red head's brown orbs. Though it was dark he could still see his pupils dilating the longer the pair shared this moment. Mark just cherished the way Donghyuck's eyelids blink softly and slowy at him. Mark did the same because he didn't want him to disappear again...

This time he did not disappear but instead he watched the red head walk into his house and shut the door soundly. For reassurance, Donghyuck took a peek out the window from his living room and smiled.
