Mark had found company in his new group of friends. A group who doesn't necessarily do anything that requires a lot of energy, just simple and casual hang outs is how he likes it.
A tall brunette with a crescent moon eyes named Jeno who is in the same class as him, and a bright smiled guy named Jaemin who studies psychology. Through these mates, he also met an even taller man with a great set of strong arms and a lean athletic body. Johnny was the name. He also happened to be doing practical studies on the Sports side of the University. This university was indeed very large, many mazes to be lost and found in. So large that it is possible to see new faces everyday, and easily forgetting the ones you've seen for a split second from a simple crossed interception.
December had finally arrived, and the snow had settled in the climate. It was cold but it was bare-able for Mark, considering that he came from the homeland of chills. He had been on his semester break for about a week now and he couldn't bare the fact that he had been a couch potato literally just eating snacks and watching the tv with a blanket wrapped over his head.
He finally woke up but only to be greeted by the sun setting and being replaced with a dimly lit moon.
The sound of the notification rings coming from his phone buzzed continuously, without breaking the rhythmic pattern. He groaned in annoyance before taking a look at the 'urgent' event.
Jeno:
Hey
Wanna go out for drinks tonight?
With jaemin and a couple othersMark:
Ehh, i just woke upJeno:
Come on
Shots on meMark hesitated for a moment, but he really needed to get out of his comfort zone before it becomes depressing.
Mark:
Alright, be there in 15.Taking a quick shower to awaken himself, then getting dressed was more challenging than he thought. Not that he didn't know what to wear (because oh boy, he knows how to dress well), but he was just dreading the act of dragging his feet outside of his apartment.
Simple. Simply dressed it is today, he thought. Black skinny jeans, wine red dress shirt and a silver watch to top it off. Styled his hair with no effort as he looked at the bathroom mirror. Leaving his coat on the couch as a reminder to bring it along the way he walks out.
"Ugh, I need to get outta here", along the way of existing his apartment, he stumbled his pinkie toe into a cupboard.
Falling to the ground, cursing in pain as he balled up into a curve grabbing a hold of his toe. Not as slick as he thought, left the apartment and forgetting his coat behind in process.
"Shots! Shots! Shots!", Jaemin roared as the three of them gathered on a standing table gulping down their liquor.
"Argh, this feels good", Jeno said while riding the rhythm of the loud blasting music in this club.
"Ah~", Mark let out a satisfaction of the liquor burning down his throat. "Give me another".
"Ayee, now that's how we do it", Jaemin cheered, handing Mark another shot. And at that, Mark devoured the next 6 shots down.
The burning sensation was addicting, sure he was tipsy but he was still aware of his surroundings.
"Easy there buddy", a deeper voice behind him patted his back. "Didn't know that you were a drinking type of person".
