Alice's POV

I woke up, to feel the warmth get sucked out of me as Ethan wasn't there. "Ethan?" I asked, and got up walking out of his room. I walked downstairs, expecting to see at least someone downstairs. "Guys?" My voice echoed throughout the house. "Why would they leave me here? I guess I'm not as important to them." I mumbled and sat on the kitchen bench looking down at my feet.

Ethan's POV

"Mark! We can let her say that about herself!" I whisper shouted at him in the cupboard. "I know how this might be cruel... But you know she thinks bad of herself, we need to know so we can help her!" He argued back. I felt the guilt rise up in my stomach. Why did I agree to this? "I don't like this at all Mark, can we just come out now?" I pleaded, he shook his head and kept listening to Alice. I huffed and crossed my arms.

Alice's POV

"C'mon guys! This isn't funny!" I called out, stomping my foot a little. "Ugh, fine, I guess I'll just watch TV." I sighed and jumped onto the couch, turning on the TV. "How are these people so skinny?" I yelled at the TV, watching a fashion show. I flipped the channels over, getting frustrated. "I wish Ethan could, understand." I said staring up at the ceiling. "Why is everyone better than me?" I whispered painfully to myself.

"I'm gonna do it, it's fine....You can do it Alice, it's just like falling asleep right? But without waking up." I told myself as I walked over to the kitchen grabbing a knife. "Ethan would be better with out me right?" I asked myself.

No Alice! Don't listen to her!

Yesssss.... Good girl, it will solve all of your problems.

"All of my problems?" I gulped.

Ohhh yesss.

NO ALICE! DON'T LISTEN TO HER, LISTEN TO ME! WHAT YOUR ABOUT TO DO IS WRONG! TALK TO ETHAN HE CAN HELP YOU!

Ethan doesn't understand, he'll never understand you....

"Why are these voices in my head? Am I going insane?"

Ethan's POV

"Mark, this has gone to far, SHE'S ABOUT TO FUCKING COMMIT SUICIDE. Did you hear what she fucking said?" I growled at him. I burst out of the cupboard and ran over to her. "Alice, please! NO!" I yelled running over to her as she pulled the knife to her wrist. "ALICE NO!" I yelled reaching a hand out. She got startled by my words and dropped the knife causing her to slip. Her head hitting the corner of the bench then the tiles. I don't think that I will ever forget that sound, it was the worst thing I could ever imagine.

It was like everything happened in slow-mo. I ran over to her, crying and helpless. I quickly pulled out my phone and dialed '911' ."My girlfriend, she she was about to commit suicide and, I startled her by yelling no and, and, and she dropped the knife and slipped, hitting her head on the tiles!" I exclaimed, panicking. Mark, Amy, and Tyler ran over to her. "I shouldn't have let myself do this. It's my fault. " I whispered in pain holding Alice's bleeding head. 

~~Mini Time Skip~

I watched the house fade into the distance, as I sat in the ambulance with Mark, Tyler and Amy. Not bothering to talk to each other, I could feel the guilt burn off them. "Don't be guilty. It's my fault." I said coldly, glaring at my feet. They were all in too much shock to say anything, because of the incident. 

~~Time Skip~~

I sat by Alice's bed, my whole body shaking. "Ethan... You should get some rest." Amy said patting my shoulder. I moved away from her grip, I've only heard it 1000 times. I groaned and glared down at my feet, quickly taking a glance at Alice's blank face.

Mark's POV

"He won't listen Mark! He is ignoring us, he must be in so much pain..." Amy whispered and buried her face into my shoulder. "We need to find out a way... I feel so bad for him, babe." I whispered back to her, sighing. I looked at Ethan's bloodshot eyes, red and puffy. Fatigue was boiling off him, his hair all ruffled.

 He looked like he hadn't been asleep in two days. "Ethan, buddy. Have you been to sleep?" I gently approached him. He shook his head and I saw the tears stained on his cheeks."I'm so sorry Ethan, I shouldn't have done this!" I cried, breaking down into tears. Ethan stood up, his legs wobbly and hugged me. "Mark, I understand what you were trying to do, but it's my fault not yours." He said, and sat back down.

"It's gonna be okay, Ethan. She'll wake up, it was just her head on the tiles." I tried to comfort her, but I knew that I was lying. I had no idea. He didn't smile, but fixed his gaze straight on the wall in front of him. "Do you wanna come home with-" "No." He said bluntly and he started to slouch on the couch. "Oh, okay... We'll see you tomorrow, Ethan." I said patting his shoulder. He didn't like it, so he shuffled around, uncomfortably.

Amy's POV

I stood there in Tyler's arms, waiting for Mark to come out. As soon as he walked out, I saw a hint of jealously stricken on his face. "Sorry Mark, it's just that she wanted comfort so-" "It's fine Tyler, honestly." He said, waving his hand dismissively. I ran up to him and hugged him, "So?" I asked looking up at his chocolate brown eyes. "He talked to me, but he is still blaming himself..." He sighed, and gave me his puppy eyes. "He'll wait." I said, they both looked at me with a confused look. "He'll wait for her, he'll love her til' the sun dies." I said.

"I know how much he loves her. Ethan actually met her on Mark's tour, I remember these things." I winked. "Ethan actually thought it was love at first sight, but when he found out that he would never see her again, he crumbled. I never knew that he could love someone that he never actually met properly." I shrugged. "Two things... First of all, pretty cool... Second of all... HOW THE FUCK DO YOU KNOW THIS STUFF?!" He yelled. "Mark keep it down! This is a hospital!" I said hugging his shoulders. A Nurse gave us a threatening glare. "We should go.." Tyler said gloomily. "Ty-lor is right." I said.

 "Lets go."
