He pulled away and punched me in my eye. "fuck!" I yelled, he then pushed me out of the car and drove off. I coughed and gasped for air, "are you okay? Should I call the police?" A woman yelled running towards me. "I'm fine! Don't do that." I got up and ran from her.
I stood in front the house, it felt wrong. I put my hand on the cold door knob and I slowly opened it and I heard sobbing. "I can't- Ruby! I need my baby!"
I slammed the door on purpose to let her know I was here. "W-what was- why is the door unlocked! You know people like to try and break in!" I heard demi snap. "Babe- I'm sorry I know- I forgot."
"CINDERELLA!" Demi screamed, she ran to me and slid on her knees. "What the fuck happened to you!? Where have you been!? Why did you do that!?" Ruby bombarded me with questions.
"Can-can I go to my dads house?" I asked. "NO YOU CANNOT! DO YOU REALIZE WHAT YOU HAVE DONE!?" Ruby yelled.
"can we not yell? I just got beat up by a guy and used I would appreciate it if we didn't yell."
"Ruby stop. Go on drive, let me deal with this." Demi sniffled, ruby sighed hard. "I'm only flipping out because I love her and don't want her taken!" She growled.
Then she stood up and left slamming the door. "Can-can I get some pain medicine I have a headache."
We stood up and demi gave me a big hug "sure baby." She helped me walk because I had blurred vision.
I sat on the couch, and demi went into the kitchen. "Here you go." She handed me the pill. "Cinderella, I need you to know that I'm not mad just happy your home. We can't change what you did and that's fine but why Ruby got so mad is because your dad is fighting for full custody. Saying I'm an unfit parents and horrible and not capable to care for a child."
I was livid how dare he say those things about her. "That's not true, none of that is. You know that right? I'm the way I am because of me. Not you." I fought, "it's partially my fault, he is right. I left you to go to an award show when you were sick. He's right Cinderella."
I stood up fast "No! It's not stop saying that shit! You didn't do shit he's the one who fucked up! He hit me when I was younger and I refuse to be back in his care! He would bring girls home and fuck them while i was in the next room! He doesn't know one thing about me also!" I raged,

"No there is no buts! I'm going to his house right now." I grabbed my phone and bolted out of the house.
My head was pounding but I wanted to make shit clear with him. He will not be getting custody of me.

"DAD!" I yelled, I banged on his front door and i waited before banging again. "Jesus fuck-" he growled he opened the door shirtless and in just pants. "What were you doing screwing some whore?" I mocked walking in his house.
Then just as I said that a woman walked down the stairs "wow, look a fucking whore. Is she the 6th or 7th girl today?" I smirked.
"Cinderella! Enough! And what the hell happened to you!?" He growled. "None of your business." I spat, "I just want you to know you will not get custody of me!"
"I will be getting custody of you! Demetria is an unfit mother!" He snapped. We walked into his living room "don't you dare talk bad about my mother! She's there for me then you ever have been! You have custody of me but you choose not to use it, and all of a sudden you want me!?" I yelled.
"I need you in my care because now I know how shitty Demetria is of a mom! Look how you turned out, just like her! I was trying to avoid this all your life!"
I had enough,
I grabbed the closest thing to me which was a glass vase, "LISTEN TO ME!" I screamed before grabbing it and chucking it against the wall right next to him
