minjee was mark's biggest enemy. they despised each other the most.

the girl hated boys who would lower her pride. she hated boys that would make her feel like shit everytime they talk to her. she hated boys who think so highly of themselves. she hated everything about mark.

minhyung hated girls who hated him without any acceptable reason.

he thought he hated minjee, but that changed the more they grew close together. they were always groupmates, which made minjee suffer a lot, but the other was totally enjoying it for a fact he had more time to be with the girl. the more he argued with minjee on ideas, the more he had a stronger feeling for her.

time passed, the two developed into close frenemies their classmates and friends never understood. they could not tell wether the two were arguing, or just simply enjoying each other's prescence by insulting one another. when jeno had the chance to ask if they were enemies, minjee just laughed at his question for minjee herself doesn't know the answer to his question.

it left her wondering. wondering wether her feelings were developing for a boy she despised the most, the boy she wanted to kill for an unknown reason.

things changed after jeno's question, minjee would always find herself staring at mark's smile after every insult she threw at him. minjee's heart would rapidly beat as mark explains his thought on some research project they were working on. minjee's feelings for mark was like a party the boy held every month; a mess.

"minjee, look! a gum ball machine! weren't you craving for one on our way here? come on let's get some!" renjun pulled minjee's right arm to the gum ball machine, trying to convince the girl to get a bubblegum with him.

minjee and renjun decided to go to the mall after doing a project with mark and jeno. the two friends also decided to go with them for boredom's sake. none of them wanted to go home at 3pm, 2 hours earlier than expected.

the girl checked her pockets for a coin in order to buy a gum, tragically not finding one. "renjun, do you have a coin? i don't seem to have one. i'll pay you back as soon as i get a coin, promise."

"i have one," mark offered, grabbing a coin from deep inside his bag and giving it to minjee.

jeno was surprised at his hyung's actions. he knew his hyung was never the type to offer something like that, not even to his closest friends. renjun, too, was shocked at minhyung's offer, he knew that the boy would often say he was broke if asked for coins.

minjee, though, was softened at mark's offer. she grabbed the coin and muttered a 'thank you' in return for mark's kind actions. she didn't know why she was blushing, because she was certainly sure she had no romantic feelings for this boy she hated the most.

minjee now was now unsure of her feelings for the boy. hate, love, pity, she really didn't know. after the rollercoaster of emotions mark made her ride on, she was so unsure wether she hated mark lee, or wanted him to come back into her world.
