Chapter 4 who was celeste to me

We all sat in the waiting room daisy and finch where crying. Lauren was tapping her foot on the floor so fast it didnt seem human. Matt just watched the door. His eyes fixsated he had no emoshon in them. Until a doctor walks through the door. We all stood up "how is she?" matt asked

She will be fine you can see her in 5 minits when she wakes up. We all noded and sat back down.

But all i could think about was what celeste had said to me.

"You dont remember me do you?"

Those words where ringing in my head. Like when you cant remember the lyrics to a song. When suddnly it hit me like a smack to the back of the head.

Celeste was my best friend. I had known her for years. We whent to secandery school together. And we whent to primery school together.
I began to tear up remembering how she trusted me with her life and how i trusted her with mine. I felt so stupid for not notacing soomer.

The docter once again walked out. He told us that celeste had reqested to see me alone. I whent with the doctor to her room.

I walked in slowly she seemed happy to see me." Hi celary" i said a smile on my face. I remembered celary was a nick name i gave her in primary school. She smiled " you remember me". I reply with "im sorry i didnt notice sooner." I sat next to the bed as we talk for hours befor everyone else floods in hugging celeste and kissing her forhead. We all talk when celeste asks what i did to the guy who tryed to kidnap her. I just replied with " planted my foot i his back broke his nose and didnt stop punching till he passed out."

She sighed at me befor exsplaining that i just knoked out her dad. Apparantly he had thrown her at the wall befor draging me around the corned but she started to struggle so he threw her over his sholder befor i spotted him.

She said she was glad i helped as she didnt whant to be near him.
