LOVE. It's a strong word right? You know, a word that should be used in very very special occasions. Well actually how can we know what LOVE is and what type of LOVE it is. Personally, I'd say that there's at least 3 common types of LOVE. The very first type is the one that I often associate with. It's when you're very close to a person who is a friend and only friend. No you don't end up dating them it's literally like when you have a BFF. They just know you so well and you know them so well and everyone thinks that you'd be a nice couple with them even though they know that you guys are only friends.
The second is family LOVE. The kind that everyone is expected to experience and sadly that isn't the case for everyone. This type of LOVE is typically shown if the end of family movies (duh). Where everyone gathers up smiling and hugging after the "crazy family trip" the had that summer. It can be what keeps a person inside the family. This is the LOVE that makes you want to say thank you every time you see someone who took care of you.
The third type of LOVE is the one from all of the rom-coms. The kind that makes you think of the color pink and red. The one that makes you realize "I want to marry this person". This LOVE is then one that makes butterflies fly in your tummy when you're with that special someone. Sadly, it's also the kind that puts you in the most vulnerable spot. It tears you apart, and people can fool you into thinking that you're in LOVE.
Why is it that some people are too young to talk about LOVE, but when people are like 3 and they meet with a friend of the opposite gender for a play date people are like its LOVE at first site? I don't understand. LOVE is unfair and hard for many to find. It has brought families together. Also why is it that some people just can't accept that people of the same gender can LOVE each other? It is most definitely the strangest thing ever.
