CHAPTER 1

Violet shim

It was an ordinary day, just kidding. It was another unfortunate day, today I decided to just stay in home. The only place where I'm truly and actually safe.

I was laying in bed with my laptop on my lap watching my favorite anime: tokyo ghoul. Whenever I watch an anime, I always have a box of tissues next to me because you damn well know that there is always that one character that you like that dies.

As I reached out for another tissue, A knock is heard from my door. Its probably those Jehovah witnesses. I chose to ignore it until the knocking got louder.

I got up from my bed and headed to the door lazily. I just want to be left alone with my anime, why can't that happen?

I peeked through the peephole in the door that allows you to see whos on the other side. Realizing that it was my two best friends, I opened the door.

"I told you she would be laying in bed watching anime. You owe me 5 bucks" My friend amber said.

Amber is a really outgoing person to have, she may be very wild but shes those kinds of people that won't judge you, but support you no matter what. Shes down to do pretty much anything. She also eats a lot.

"I really thought she would be doing something else." Scarlett sighed and pouted passing the 5 dollar bill to amber.

And that would be Scarlett. Scarlett is that girl that every guy wants, she's beautiful, she has those nice smiles and giggles that everybody wants. She's also very boy crazy, but I don't mind that much.

I layed back down in my bed and unpaused my anime. "So what did I do to recieve this lovely visit?" I said sarcastically.

The both of them sat down next to me, and it was quiet for a bit so I looked up. Both amber and scarlett stared at me eventually breaking out into this laughter.

I paused my anime again. "Um.. are you both on drugs?" I Said as I lifted an eyebrow at them. They were acting hella weird.

"You know how my dad works with gucci?" Scarlett said, excitedly. I personally dont care about brands and stuff but for scarlett's sake, I just nodded my head and listened. 

"Well her dad managed to get us on the vip list at their party tonight." Amber said taking over. Im pretty sure amber is excited to go since there will be a lot of food, and drinks. As in for scarlett, probably the boys.

"Congrats guys! I hope you have fun." I said, smiling softly at them. I focused my attention back to my anime, unpausing it. Poor kaneki im always pausing him on weird parts that his face even looks weird.

"What do you mean? You are going too silly." Scarlett punched my shoulder.

"Did you guys forget that im literally like, cursed? Me going to a gucci party is a diaster waiting to happen. Plus I don't do well with crowds." I rolled my eyes.

"C'mon, you are NOT cursed. You just.... don't have good luck on things. Now go get dressed we are going shopping." Scarlett said as she closed my laptop taking it away and holding onto it.

I looked at her in disbelief. Why can't they let me just stay in and cry about anime? I got up and picked out whatever that was in front of me. I tied my hair in a bun since my hair was a mess, like my life.

"Are you ready?" Amber said as I finished putting on my shoes.

"More ready than ever, I guess." And off we go to wherever scarlett is taking us.
