CHAPTER 8

Amber

Thank God violet was okay, I sighed. I got dressed in a white t-shirt, and put on some light blue skinny jeans. I put on my white converse and got my keys.

I locked my door and headed to the car. I'm going to see violet and see what she has to tell me. As I got in the car I pulled out my phone to call Scarlett.

"What do you want" I can hear her groan from the another line. This rat.

"Get dressed I'm taking you to violet' s place. I'll be there in 10." I said before she could say anything I hanged up. Her place is like ten minutes away so I can get there easily in car.

I turned off my phone and began to drive. I couldn't help but stop at a small donut shop. What can I say? I'm a pretty hungry person. I parked my car in the parking lot, and headed in the store.

I took a sniff of the air here. You can smell the fresh made donuts. Thankfully there wasn't a long line. I ordered 3 chocolate donuts, And of course 3 coffees for the girls.

On my way out, I saw something that catched my eye. There was a newspaper in the trashcan that had a picture of a girl that looks a lot like  violet.

I put everything I bought from that store in the car and headed back to the trashcan. I shoved my hand down the trashcan trying to grab the newspaper, of course people were looking at me.

"Ah gotcha" I said out loud as my hand finally got a grip of the newspaper. "What? Take a picture it'll last longer" I said at some lady who kept staring at me, shaking my head. I headed back into the car as I opened the  newspaper. On the 5th page there was the headline 'mystery girl'.

"Recently there have been images of gucci's representative Kim taehyung  with a young mysterious woman. The two have been seen last night in gucci' s launch party." The article said. I kept reading on since this was pretty fucking interesting.

"One of the individuals who has been invited to gucci's launch party stated that he saw the two in the back of the building. 'I saw him holding onto her and taking her into his car.'[according to the man] could this mean kim taehyung has finally found a woman to keep him tied down? How long have these two been together? Last but not least, where is this mysterious woman? Answers will come very soon."

At the end there were a couple of photos. And it showed the Gucci respresentive and... VIOLET.

My eyes widen, while taking a bite of my chocolate donut. I closed the newspaper, and started the car. I literally ALMOST Forgot about Scarlett. But I know that once she reads this, she'll freak out. I began to drive to her place picking her up.

Scarlett

It has been more than 15 minutes. Amber made me hurry up and shes late?! I didn't even have time to match my outfit, I frowned. As I was waiting outside I saw Amber driving towards my direction. She parked her car and rolled down her window. "Sorry I'm late" she scratched the back of her head while having a shy smile.

As I was about to yell at her, she showed me a donut bag and held up coffee. "I'll forgive you this time." I took the donut and coffee as I sat in the passenger seat.

"So why are we going to violet's? Did something happen?" I asked as I took a bite of what seemed to be a chocolate donut.

"Nothing happened, just wanted to bring you along. We're gonna check up on her since you know we didnt find her last night." She said as she began driving to violet's place.

"But why so early? My head is still throbbing" I took a sip of the coffee.

"Mine is too. But who cares. We're going early because we need some fresh air." She said as she had her eyes on the road.

"As long as I can remember you aren't a morning person." I laughed. We finally reached violet's place. We entered the 4 digit code, and headed inside.

"Elevator ain't working" Amber said while holding what I'm guessing is violet's donut and coffee.

"Does that mean we have to use t-the s-"

"Stairs. Yes." Amber laughed. She knows how much I hate stairs. I just had to wear high heels today. After many steps we reached the floor violet lived in.

"What if she's asleep?" I said to Amber. "WHO cares" she rolled her eyes, as she knocked on the door. There was no response. We knocked and knocked, nothing.

"She probably is asleep, I told you. Maybe we should come back lat-"

"Nope." Amber cut me off as she got the key that was under the mat. "Since when did you have a copy to violet's place?"

"Whenever I have no food or am too lazy to go grocery shopping, I come here and eat her food" she shrugged.

"Does she know that you have a copy?" I raised a brow. "No" Amber said as if it was the normal thing to say.

Amber entered the key into the door and opened it.

There she was, laying in the bed sound asleep. Even though there was drool coming out of her mouth. I couldn't help but laugh.

"She said she had something to tell us." Amber stated. I looked at her as she looked at me. We decided to wake up violet....

By screaming.
