A Magic Mutt

Regina arrived later to pick Henry up. She walked into the shop to find it the mess. She couldn't help but wonder what had happened. Suddenly she was filled with guilt. Henry.

She heard his small voice coming from behind the case at the head of the shop, "You are so cute. Be good and maybe we won't get I trouble when mom gets here."

Regina walked toward the counter, "Who are you talking to?" She leaned over the counter. "Gold got you a puppy?"

"No. He came from the horn. I told you magic was real, and Robert has it."

"What?" She walked around to the back room, "Why did you show Henry magic?" She was most definitely angry.

"I didn't. I told the boy 'don't touch anything.' What did he do? He got the unicorn horn and magiced himself that reached beast." He motioned to the other room, running his other hand over his face. "I went out there when I heard the shelves fall. I took the horn from him, but I did not know what to do with the mutt."

Regina sighed, "Is he okay?"

"When I took the horn it cut him. You know how those thing are. I bandaged his hand though. He will be just fine." Gold stood up, and walked into the front room. "Henry, why don't you show your mother what you taught the pup."

Henry smiled and started giving the pup commands, some that it even responded to. Henry started playing with it, and getting it hyper. Gold went to the back and found a leash for Henry to take the dog out on and they all went down to the docks.

They hadn't been there for very long when the pup started barking at sea gulls. Gold found it very annoying, but Regina thought it was funny.

They sat down on a bench. Gold kneeled in front on Henry, trying to pet the dog at his feet. All the sudden the pup became very aggressive, growling and barring it teeth.

Then a lumps emerged from both of its shoulders. Regina and Henry gasped, but Gold smiled. "It's a Cerberus!"

"How am I supposed to hide a Cerberus!?" Regina yelled at Gold from across the table.

Henry had gone upstairs with the Cerberus puppy when they got home. Gold had also told her about the walkie talkie and she had taken it to keep this a secret.

Gold chuckled. "It's not funny Rumple!"

"I'm afraid it's a little more funny then you believe. We have been backed into a corner by our own magic. Someone will find out. The curse will be broken, and all of this. It will be gone."

Regina sighed leaning her head back, "There has to be something we can do about the Cerberus."

"We could always kill it." Gold offered.

"Your disregard for innocent life disgusts me."

"My disregard?" Gold laughed, "You are the Evil Queen. You have taken your fair share of innocence lives."
