My New Life..

Chapter 6 - The Next Day.

It was the next day and all that was on my mind was what happened last night. Simon wrapping his arms around me on the balcony, carrying me upstairs and the sex. Lord, was that sex amazing, I'd never felt anything like that before. But what are we now? What happens?

"Danielle?" I head Josh shout from outside

"Come in" I shouted back

"I just wanted to say that I'm popping out for a bit with Freya but I'll be home later on." Josh said popping his head around the door.

"Oh okay then. Also, who's Freya?" I questioned

"Oh sorry, Freya's my girlfriend, we've been dating for around 5 years now." He smiled

"Cute! Enjoy your day out, I can't wait to meet her."

"You'll meet her soon. Anyway, bye Danielle!"

"Bye Josh" I yawned as he closed the door.

I decided to get up and take a shower, especially after last night. I turned the shower on, letting the water get warm as I grabbed a towel and got my outfit ready on my bed. I proceeded to shower, dry and then get dressed into my black jeans and Sidemen hoodie that Josh had given me. I dried my hair and left it down and decided to do very minimal makeup as I was only staying in the house. I checked the time to see it was 10am and went downstairs to get some breakfast.

"Hey Danielle." Vikk smiled

"Oh hey Vikk." I smiled back

"How're you doing?"

"All good thanks, still getting used to living here. I was thinking of starting my video's up again but I'm not sure."

"Why don't you do a video with Josh? Explain you're siblings and that you're living with him and then go from there." Vikk suggested

"That's actually a good idea, I'll have to ask Josh obviously but thanks Vikk." I said whilst making a bowl of cereal.

I sat opposite to Vikk on the kitchen isle, watching him eat his cereal.

"So, uhh, you play piano right?" I asked Vikk

"Yeah, I learnt a little, but not a lot. You play though, right?"

"Yeah, I prefer the guitar but I can play piano and a little drums." I smiled back

"That's really cool you know."

"Yeah I guess, my mom used to love it when I sang to her. We would sing along to songs together in the car or just around the house in general. I decided to sing at her funeral as it was one thing I knew she would like and that everyone else would like."

"I'm sure she loved it Danielle!" Vikk smiled at me, taking another mouthful of his cereal.

"Thanks Vikk."

We sat continuing to eat our breakfast. Vikk finished before me and put his bowl into the dishwasher and then went back upstairs to record some videos. I sat downstairs alone, flicking through my phone and the images of me and my mom. Remembering all of our memories together.

"Danielle?"

"Huh? Oh hey Simon." I smiled

"Whatcha doing?" He asked

"Just looking through old photos, why?" I questioned

"Oh, I stood there for a few minutes saying your name but you didn't respond."

"I'm sorry, I didn't hear. Guess I was in my own little world."

"It's fine. Just wanted to make sure you were okay." He said, whilst making himself some cereal.
