I've decided to write this because i care a lot about mental health and how peoples minds work. i always try and find patterns in their behavior and tries to see how that will affect their actions.
the reason i am writing this book is because i encounter a lot of situations where people have said the would want to kill or hurt themselves. I think these topics are extremely serious and when you go online to research for them, some things are not mentioned which is why i would like to address here in this book.
feel free to call me out on something that i have gotten wrong or if you want to add something. i would like this to be a book where it can help others if they feel like they cannot talk to anyone or just feel completely and utterly lost.
i do speak from some personal experience and ill mention in the chapter when it is something that it part of my life. normally i don't talk about how my mental health life is but because this is an attempt to erdciate stigma, i will mention some to make it more detailed.
if you do feel extremely vulnerable at this stage, i do recommend going to someone to talk to. i will always be happy to help anyone who asks for it. :)
today is October 29th. the day i was born. 15 and i have decided to finally exacute my idea of helping or at least bringing out a word/ mentioning things that are not normally talked about.
also, id advance, i do apologize if I offend anyone while writing this. I understand that poeple have different viewpoint on depression or how they feel and I will do my best to respect all of them.

Lastly, I have trouble with getting whats in my head into words. however i do find it easier to write it but sometimes I am still not satisfied of what i wrote, Therefore, I may change some chapters and i do apologize if what i write is too complicated or doesn't make sense. please let me know when i do this so I can try my best to make it better.
