Killua didn't know what to think. Heck, he didn't even know what to say. All he knew in that right before the man in blue had snapped his fingers, he pulled a dummy out of a box then stuffed the woman into said box. Honestly, it was all very confusing. The man got up from placing the wristbands on the dummy and spoke.

"You will not speak of this to anyone." The man threatened. Before Killua could respond, a pair of uneven footsteps approached from behind.

It was Edward, the short blond boy from before. It took less than a moment for the young man to notice the charred body that laid beneath his feet.

"Hey there, Fullmetal"

The blond took a second to respond before clenching his fist before he responded to the man in blue. "What happened here...WHAT HAPPENED HERE, COLONEL? TELL ME!"

The Colonel looked at the short blond boy while he fiddled with his glove, "Why Colonel? Why was Hughes murdered? Why was Second Lieutenant Ross...." The boy ran up to the man in blue and held him up by his collar before continuing, "Why didn't you say anything?" The boy shouted as the man eyes narrowed and the Colonel punched Edward.

"You threaten a superior officer? You forget yourself Elric" The man said as the blond just stared at him in anguish as he began to run towards the man once more, prepared to fight when the other suit of armor pulled him back,

 "Brother, don't"

"I'm gonna tear him apart"

 "No! I won't let you!"

"This bastard just killed Ross!"

"What? He did?" The suit of armor looked down at the charred dummy and gasped. "How could you do that, Colonel?" The armor yelled as the man began to walk away. The man stopped, "Maria Ross was a fugitive. Our orders were 'shoot-to-kill'. So I did." he said as he turned back and look at the two. "That's all you have to say?!" The suit of armor boomed as it clenched it's fist. "Out chooses death. I apologize for hiding it, but you do not argue against orders or asks for explanations. Just follow them. That's what it means to be a solider."

The man in blue turned toward Killua and gave him a stare that would bring most men to their knees, "You, kid, come with me. We need to have a chat." The man said as he began to walk away.
