Killua didn't like being here, he didn't like being questioned, and he certainly didn't like Flame-brain over there giving him orders to stay quiet or else but what Killua didn't like the most was the way people were looking at him, like he had grew a third eye or something.

"Colonel Mustang!" The tall blond man said as he approached flame brain. "You'll explain to me what happened here at once." The tall man demanded as flame brain turned to face him.

"The message went out that if she resisted we were permitted to shoot-to-kill. She resisted. So, I killed her."

"I understand the Brigadier General was a friend?"

"Yeah...he was a good man."

"Perhaps then it was one of your men who aided Lieutenant Ross's escape" The tall blond man suggested harshly.

"One of my men? But why?

"Why Colonel? I'll tell you why, so you could burn her to death with your own hands."

"I think such speculation is best avoided" Flame brain said as turned over to Ed, giving a soft yet cold look while to blond glared daggers back at him.

Killua looked at both of them awkwardly before deciding to speak up. "Listen, I have no idea what's going on here and I would appreciate some answers." He said in a firm tone. The two males almost simultaneously turned to face him. "Can't you see we're in the middle of a conversation here?" The short blond one quipped harshly. "Yeah I know I just don't care." He countered as he then turned to the tall brooding male. "Listen, bud, I don't care who did what or what did who, but I'm leaving"

Killua picked up his unconscious little sister and began to walk away. However, his entrance was short lived as he was stopped by a hand place upon his shoulder. "I'm sorry but you've witnessed a crime scene and need to be taken into questioning." Killua turned around to see it was the Colonel. Killua sat there for a second, deciding whether or not he should break this mans hand or cooperate with him. Despite what how he felt, he knew cooperating would probably be best for Alluka. "Alright, let's get this over with" Killua finally responded with a heavy sigh as he followed the alchemist through the alley.

After the autopsy report came back as positive that it was indeed Lieutenant Ross's body, Mustang escorted Killua and the young girl that was on his back into his office.

"Take a seat kid," The Colonel said as he sat down at his desk.

Killua nodded and carefully place Alluka down on the couch while he took a seat right next to her.

The Colonel proceeded to pull out a pen and a couple of papers as he begins to ask Killua some questions.

"So tell me, kid. What were you doing earlier this evening?"

"We were walking home after visiting a friend" Killua half-lied.

"So late in the night?" Colonel asked in obvious disbelief that a kid was wondering the streets, especially since Scar was still out on the loose.

"Well, he lives out of town and we got lost" Killua lied and he scratched the side of his cheek.

"So you went into the alley instead of asking for help?"

"Well, we're kind of new here, so we didn't know where to go" Killua answered honestly this time and put his hand behind his head as began to slouch on the couch.

"Clearly" Mustang answered in a monotone voice. "Now, kid, mind telling me your name?"

"It's Killua, and this is my sister Alluka" Killua said as he motioned over to his sleeping sister.

Mustang was confused to say the least. These two are siblings? But, they don't look anything alike! He had just assumed that Killua was Ishvalin or some kind of weird Albino while the girl was just some family friend.

"Is that all you need us for. I'm kinda tired and we need to get back home." Killua let out a fake yawn and began to stretch.

"Alright, alright. I just have one more thing to ask you." The Colonel reassured as he quickly fixed his papers. "Do you swear you will keep what happened in the alley a secret?" The Colonel said is a cold and ominous voice that radiated death.

Killua was unfazed by Mustangs attempt to scare him. "Yeah, don't worry. I don't care much for military affairs anyway" Killua said with a cocky smirk as went over to the couch and picked up Alluka. "See ya'!" And just like that, Killua disappeared into the hallway.
