“So what exactly is there to do on this thing?” Jez heard Haz ask as she walked into the living area of the bus.

It had been a few days since they’d started touring on the bus, and Jez could see that her friend was getting restless.

“Nothing much, really. We’re supposed to rest, I guess.” Louis shrugged as he slumped down onto the couch. Jez walked over to the couch, yawning as she brought her knees up to her chest.

“Morning, sunshine,” Harry said and smirked.

“It’s two in the afternoon,” Louis said, deadpan.

“Yeah, I know. Stop sassing me, Styles,” Jez said and narrowed her eyes at Harry.

“Hold on,” Haz interrupted, “so you’re telling me we have nothing to do on this bus?”

“Are you complaining?” Jez asked and raised an eyebrow.

“No,” Haz grumbled and folded her arms across her chest.

“Good,” Jez said with a yawn. “Where’s everyone else?”

“Sleeping, I guess,” Harry said, looking down at his phone.

“Wait,” Haz said, holding up something small in her hand, “can we play this?”

Jez looked over at the FIFA13 cover and rolled her eyes. “With you?” Louis asked, surprise clear in his voice.

“Yes, loser, with me,” Haz said, already putting the disk in the console. “Bet I’d beat your ass, too.”

“Is that a challenge?” Louis asked, his eyes glinting playfully.

“Maybe,” Haz said with a shrug.

A few hours later, the bus stopped in front of a hotel.

“Haz, come on,” Jez whined and folded her arms across her chest.

“Calm yourself, God,” Haz said as she reluctantly got up from the couch; she and Louis had been playing for hours and so far Haz was actually beating him.

“You know, a few hours ago, you wanted nothing to do with this bus,” Jez raised an eyebrow.

“Yeah, but then it got fun,” Haz said and shrugged.

“Fun for you, maybe,” Louis grumbled from behind Haz.

“Don’t be such a sore loser, it’s not an attractive trait,” Haz grinned.

As soon as they got to their hotel room, Jez flopped down on the bed and sighed in relief. “Oh my God, an actual bed in an actual room,” she said and closed her eyes.

“The tour bus wasn’t that bad,” Haz said and put her bags down.

“Shut up,” Jez replied with a smile.

Before Haz could reply, the door swung open and Harry and Louis came walking in.

“What is it with you people and not knocking,” Jez complained.

“Hey, we’re going out tonight,” Louis announced excitedly.

“What?” Jez sat up, “Why? Weren’t we just going to enjoy not having to sleep on a bus for one night?”

Harry rolled his eyes, “Where’s the fun in that? Besides, we’re probably only coming back here next year, so we need to go sight-seeing.”

“What exactly do you mean by ‘sight-seeing’?” Jez asked cautiously.

“It means that we’re going out to a club,” Louis said and shrugged, shoving his hands into his pockets.

“A club?” Haz asked excitedly.

“Wait, what?” Jez asked, surprised. “We’re not even old enough to get into a club.”

“Actually, only you’re not old enough to get into a club. The rest of us are over eighteen,” Haz grinned.

“So I can stay back here in the hotel room then?”

“No, you’re coming with us,” Harry stated.

“But we’ve just established that I’m not old enough to get into a club,” Jez pulled her eyebrows together in confusion.

“No one’s going to card you if you’re with us,” Harry said with a shrug. “Besides, you look old enough anyway.”

“But I don’t wanna go,” Jez said, falling back onto the bed.

Louis rolled his eyes, “We’re all going, so just make sure you’re ready by seven.”

“Yeah, and wear something nice,” Harry called over his shoulder as he and Louis left the room.
