34. He Doesn't Miss You

Everyone left but Carter. He stayed until like midnight. I went to sleep thinking about if Carter was okay, and how he felt. He said he was fine but that probably was his ego talking. I woke up this morning and it was a text from Carter.

Text message

Carter😘: What do u want to do today babe

Me: idk

Carter😘: u want me to come over

Me: u always come over here

Me: can I come over there

Carter😘: um....

Carter😘: um.......

Carter😘: UM............

Me: issa yes or no

Carter😘: hummm.........

Me: UGGGH ur so annoying

Carter😘: i just did that to annoy u

Carter😘: sure I'll come pick u up

Me: ok 

Carter😘: bye babe

Me: bye papi 😉

End out text 

I got up from my bed and then got in the shower. I got out the shower and walked out into my room. Carter was sitting on my bed and he scared me. Good thing I had my towel wrapped around me. 

"Carter. You scared me," I said.

"Oh. I'm sorry," He said getting up kissing my cheek. "Well I should probably let you get dressed." He got up and went down stairs.

I checked my phone for the weather. It was so hot out today. I decided to put on a pastel pink bodysuit and high waisted light blue jean shorts. Then I put my hair in a high curly ponytail. I went downstairs to find Brysen and Carter talking and laughing. I smiled at them getting along so well.

"Carter? Ready to go?" I asked. 

He looked at me in awe, "You look amazing."

I blushed and laughed, "Thanks babe." 

"You're welcome," He said. He turned and looked at Brysen, "Well see ya around man." 

"See ya," Brys said.

"Um babe, I will meet you in the car. I need to talk to Brysen about something really quick," I said to Carter.

"Okay," He said and started to walk towards the front door. Then he left closing it.

"Have you talked to Fleeo?" I asked him.

"Have I talked to Geo? No. But I don't know who the fuck Fleeo is. Sorry," He responded.

"Well I don't know who Geo is sooo... Sorry," I said.

"Why are you even tripping off of him? He's probably moved on and having a good time without you," Brysen said.

And even though me and Brysen both knew Geo was thinking about me, and missing me, Brysen told me otherwise because he knew that's what I needed to hear.

I took a deep breath out, "You're right." 

He smiled, "I know." 

"Shut up," I playfully hit him.

He laughed.

I walked out the front door and got in the car.

"You ready?" He asked me.

"Ready," I said.

"Okay but I have to tell you something," He said.

"Um okay," I said nervously.

"I live alone," He told me.

"Um.. okay."

"And I have an expensive looking house and when people find out I have expensive things and live alone they feel like I'm this glamorous person that doesn't have feelings too."

I smiled, "Your opening up to me." 

"You're a comfortable and familiar place in my heart. I'm starting to feel like I can tell you anything," He told me.

I took his hand into mine, "I know it's hard to believe right now, but you can. You can tell me anything. And I don't care if you have a pool or have 8 bedrooms and you live alone. I don't care if you have a 5 car garage. I don't care about any of that stuff. I care about you, and you keeping that perfect smile on your face." 

He smiled.

"See that's the one," I smiled.

He pulled me in and kissed me. I smiled as we pulled away.

"So you should probably bring a swimsuit," He told me.

"Okay," I said. I got out of the car and ran up to my room and got the first swimming suit I saw. Then ran back.

Skip car ride

We finally made it to Carter's house. 

As I walked through the front door Carter asked me, "Are you hungry?" 

"Yeah. A little bit."

"Well I hope you like leftover spaghetti," He said.

"From where?" I asked.

"From the grocery store," He replied with a slight chuckle.

"They make spaghetti at the grocery store?" I questioned.

"No. I cooked it and got the ingredients from the grocery store," He said slowly.

I chuckled, "You don't seem like the kind that can cook." 

"Well you can be the judge of that," He said handing me a plate out of the microwave.

I took a bite, "This is actually really good." I said.

"Thanks," He smiled.

We finished eating and we talked for a while then we went out to the pool.

"Oh we should probably get some towels," I said.

"Oh right. I'll get them. Stay here," He said.

I nodded. He went in the house and then 1 minutes later he was back with towels.

"I'm still in my clothes. I'll go change," I said. I went to the bathroom and changed. When I was getting dressed I noticed that the swimsuit I picked up was the one Geo bought me. 

"Time to give it a new memory," I thought to myself.

Chapter 34. I'm hungry send Coco Puffs lol. I made a new book that should be up by the time this one is so if you want to read it..You know.. read it. Lol "Best Friends". Geo's in it. It's like a joint fanfic of him and Mikey.
