*Jaeden's POV*
"i can't believe school is starting tomorrow" i groaned.
"you know, we could still throw ourselves off of a cliff" suggested Wyatt.
Right now, we were all at my house, attempting to think of what to do on our last day of summer break. Jeremy has moved already despite us threatening to kidnap him.
Although, Kaylee, the new addition to our group and Jacks little soulmate has filled that void caused from Jeremy leaving. She understands us and is always ready for our random adventures.
Y/N and I are still in our happy little world consisting of sending each other Heart memes, and watching Netflix together. preferably The Office.
Sophia and Wyatt came clean to the group and told everyone about their little secret relationship they had going on. Although, everyone knew about it already due to the fact that they are two of the worst people to hide anything.
Everything sounds good, which it is. The problem right now is that we don't know what the hell to do for our last day of summer vacation; or what Y/N and I like to call it, 'our fantastically fantastic summer extravaganza'.
"how about we screw school and go to hogwarts" Y/N offered.
"no, seriously. we have to think of something before our precious time runs out" Finn whined.
I got up from beside Y/N and walked over to our 'idea board' where we listed all the things we were going to do this summer. im pretty sure we completed all of the tasks but i wanted to check just in case there was one that we simply missed.
"nope. nothing left" i sighed, examining the board.
"well we have to figure out something or our summer won't be fulfilled" Jack spoke up.
"what if we don't have to do anything" Chosen blurted out.
"what?" we all turned our heads in his direction.
"yes, this summer was filled with fun things. but, what made it better was the fact that we were all together." Chosen smiled.
"yeah he's right" i added on. "maybe the problem is we are looking to fulfill the expectation of having this spectacular summer when..." i paused. "we've already had it" I looked at everyone.
"truer words have never been spoken" Kaylee chuckled.
"that's my boy" Y/N smiled.
"thanks, cupcake" I blushed.
"i was talking to Chosen but, yeah you too." She said, earning a glare from me.
she chuckled and walked up to me, wrapping her arms around my neck and kissing my cheek.
"im just messing with you" she whispered in my ear.
"get a room you two" Finn teased.
Y/N walked back over to my bed and sat down, not breaking eye contact with me and continuing to smile.
"so back on topic" Sophia spoke up. "you're saying we should just do something chill?"
"yeah" Chosen answered. "we've fulfilled our summer so, lets fulfill this friendship"
"damn, this got deep very quickly" Finn said with a short laugh, causing all of us to laugh also.
"that settles it then, lets go to that open field and just hang out" Wyatt clapped.
*Y/N POV*
We all got up and headed out to the open field. Jaeden ran beside me and swung his arm around my shoulder.
"Heya, honey bun" he winked at me.
"How many nicknames do you have in stored?" I chuckled.
"An infinite amount" he chuckled.
"How many references to infinity do you have?" I questioned.
"Too much" he replied, smiling.
We arrived at the field and made our way to the middle of it. We all sprawled out, while being in a circle. We were all staring at the sky; waiting for the sunset that was about to happen.
"Hey, I just wanted to tell you guys..." I choked up in the middle. "I know that we aren't gonna be friends FOREVER but I love you guys" I was starting to get emotional.
"Hey, Hey. Don't say that. We all know that our asses aren't going anywhere" Finn chuckled.
"I love you guys too." Wyatt blurted out.
"Wow, we turned the noodle soft" Jack teased.
I laced my hand with Jaeden's and snuggles into his chest; as he was laying right beside me.
We all stared as beautiful vibrant colours painted the sky. It had to have been one of the most beautiful sunsets I've ever seen. I was lost in my thoughts when all of a sudden I heard sniffles.
"Jack is the you?" Jaeden chuckled.
"No. Maybe. You know what? Shut up Weaboo" he quickly replied.
"Alright alright" Jaeden held his hands up in defence.
The Sun had almost completely set and we were still lying here just taking in eachother's presences.
"This summer really was perfect" Jaeden spoke up, causing everyone's attention to avert to him.
"We'll see," he continued. "I told the girl of my dreams how I felt about her" he looked down at me and smiled. "I was super badass and beat the living crap out of Dylan, and we all did mildly illegal stuff and didn't get caught. If that's not an awesome summer, i don't know what is"
We all laughed at the thought of our summer. Jaeden was right. This was the perfect summer. I wonder what will happen next year.
"I love you guys" Chosen laughed.
"TO THE LOSERS CLUB!" Finn yelled.
"TO THE LOSERS CLUB!" We all yelled back.
Jaeden kisses my cheek before saying 'I love you'.
"Hey Jaeden?" I whispered to him.
"Yeah?" He whispered back.
"Maybe we aren't literally 'infinite' but all I can say is that right now we are infinate"
"I can see that I'm rubbing off on you" he chuckled before embracing me again.
"Yeah... infinite" I whispered to myself before drifting off in my own imagination.
