Not to long after Janet left, Elena followed
" where are you going " Stefan asked
" school " Elena replied shortly
" let me get my jacket and I'll- "
" it's okay. I know where it is " the straight haired doppelgänger sassily remarked before walking out of the house

" she's in denial " Damon said to Rose and Adrianna under his breath
" shut up, Damon " Stefan said in annoyance to his brothers side remark

A few moments later and Stefan was just like his girlfriend gone from the house
" it must be hard. " Rose said
" what? "
" being in love with your brothers girlfriend "
" I'm not in love with anybody. Well except Adrianna here. She precious. " the blue eyed vampire smirked looking down at his sister like figure
" I love you to Dammy but my heart belongs to another "
" who. Spongebob " Damon question faking hurt
" don't joke about my love life " the child spoke in a playful manner
" as far as I'm concerned, you don't have one little lady. Nor will you ever have one " the blues eyed vampire picked up the little girl and span her around and tickled her once again before setting her down and watching her run off behind the couch

Rose smiled at this forgetting what she was talking about but quickly remembered " let's try that again "
" look. Do you know anyone that can help us find Klaus " Damon asked aggravated by the question the elder vampire was asking
" you don't find him, he finds you "

Damon only rolled his eyes " well is there a way for us to find him first. "
" we can try my friend Slater. He helped me get ahold of Elijah " Rose answered after a few seconds thought
" I'll drive. Let me grab Adrianna "
" I don't have a ring " Rose called out to the vampire who was walking away
" then you'll drive. Adrianna we're leaving "
" yay, we're going on an adventure " the child giggled sticking her head out from around the couch where she was sitting

Once in Richmond the trio walked into a building with glass windows
" I thought u didn't have a ring " Damon questioned when rose walked towards the window
" the rays can't penetrate the glass " Rose answer simply
" it's a plus along with the free WiFi " a man said to the trio
" Slater " Rose smiled as she hugged the man
Damon pulled Adrianna closer to him unknowingly to himself
Adrianna however glanced up in his toward his face area and was about to say something when she decided against it
" what can I do for you? " Slater asked
" we need to find Klaus " Rose answered as she sat down
" Klaus. Why- "
" personal reasons " Damon spat at the vampire

Slater nodded and looked to the child as if he just noticed her
" who's kid "
Rose looked at Damon and opened her mouth slowly as she thought about her words
" this is his daughter "
Damon's eyes snapped to Rose as if he was expecting her to say something else
" who's daughter "
This time Adrianna was the one to open her mouth " I'm Elijah's daughter. He has brown hair. " the Originals daughter child smiled
" wait what? " Damon said surprised
" you didn't know "
" obviously I didn't "
" but vampires can't procreate " Slater states as if he was so sure they had their facts wrong
" but really powerful witch's can " Damon whispered under his breath coming to the realization

" I'm a powerful witch does that mean that I'll procrote " the child smiled
" 1) it's procreate. 2) no. Never "
" but- " Adrianna was cut off from glass being broken from the window
Damon was quick to speed Adrianna to a safe place and once he was sure she wasn't hurt in anyway, he sped to Rose and pulled her to Adrianna
" aghhhhh " Rose cries as he skin burned
Adrianna hearing her screams reached over to the vampire and caressed her face, unknowingly healing her

" how are you... Adrianna " Damon realized
" Slater!! " Rise called once she realized her friend wasn't there anymore
" alright, we need to go. Adrianna.. " the vampire stopped mid sentence once he realized she was gone
" Adrianna!!! " Damon looked around the room for the child and started to freak out when he didn't see her but started to calm down when he saw her by the window
" Adrianna, what the hell "
Damon rushed to pick her up
" daddy " the little girl whispered
Damon looked confuse as did Rose who tried to stay away from the sun
" okay. We'll deal with that later. " Damon took his jacket of and gave it to Rose so she could shield herself from the sun

Elijah's P.O.V

After I threw the coins at the window I stood for a second and then I was leaving but before I got a good distance away I heard a tiny voice
" daddy "
I quickly turned around, though I had no reason to and I saw this little girl in Damon's arms

After a moments pass I realized that the child was the same one with the doppelgänger the day I " died "
I wanted to rush over to her and find out why I was drawn to the child. Why I wanted to protect her at all cost. But I knew I had a plan to stick to and I figured I'd see her soon enough.
