Hayes Grier fanfic: After All

Chapter 42

Althea's POV:

When we arrived at uncle Philip's house it was exactly how it was before, like we never even left. He came out and greeted us looking like his same old self. His teeth bright white and a big toothy smile.

We all exited the crowded van which was overflowing with bags. "Hey there, how have you guys been?" Uncle Philip asked as he helped Hayes, Jeff and chandler unload our van. Nash and the other guys exited their van and started pulling out bags from their van as well but Nash came over to where we were. "Nice to meet you, I'm Nash, hayes's older brother" Nash said as he extended his hand out to shake hands with uncle Philip. "Nice to meet you Nash." Uncle Philip said. Over time they let their conversation flow and listening to their conversation made them sound like Nash and uncle Philip had known each other forever. That's what I like about uncle Philip, he makes everyone feel welcome.

"Uncle Philip, since there's a lot of us and there's no space inside is it okay if we just sort of camp out here? In tents?" Anna asked uncle Philip.
"Of course, that's fine with me"
Nash and the other guys cheered and traded small high fives as they took out some tents and started setting them up. We had 3 big tents which could fit around 6-9 people in one. So I think we would be fine.

After a while the guys had the tents all set up. "What about our stuff?" Andrea asked. "They'll be fine. We can just leave them in the car. But we'll need the food and all that for the video" I said, as I started grabbing multiple plastic bags.

"So what now?" Cam asked. "Well, you guys could start the bonfire and go for a swim or something. The lake's right over there" Anna said as she pointed towards the pier.

"Aight" Taylor said as he started taking his shirt off.

"Taylor, no stripping he-re!" Jen said rolling her r's. Soon enough all the guys started lifting their shirts up and pulling them over their heads.

Abs and muscles everywhere.

Hayes did as well, he looked at me, bit his lip gently and then lifted his shirt. His collar bone caught my eye first, I don't know why. But collar bones made me feel a type of way. The thought of gently tracing them with your finger or giving them light gentle kisses. It made me think deeply of some things.

"Ew" I said sarcastically to Hayes as I gently nudged him. "Mhm" he hummed, and laughed a little giving me a wink.

The guys all went to the pier jumping into the water without hesitation. Hayes and Jeff stayed back for Andrea and i to film her new YouTube video.
"Why don't you and Jeff wanna go swimming?" I asked Hayes.
"We just wanna watch you guys film. And besides, you're gonna have to change into a bikini soon and-"
"Grier, you're perverted"
"Only for you." He said as he licked his lips and giggled.

"Were gonna go for a swim with the guys okay?" Jen said as started walking to the pier with Maria. I realized they both had already changed into their swimsuits.
"Alright" Andrea and I replied.

"this is gonna get messy. We should probably change into our swimsuits now" Andrea suggested, "alright sure" I said. We ran quickly to the van to grab our bags and changed in a flash. I wore the same bathing suit as usual. The same one I wore the last time we visited uncle Philip.

Andrea had set up the tripod and camera and it faced us. Behind the camera hayes and Jeff sat near it. Watching us. I fiddled around with the plastic bags that carried
weird stuff and a bunch of messy food such as mustard, cartons of eggs, etc. And Andrea fixed her hair one more time as she checked herself through the camera.

"Ready?" She asked.

"Ready."
