Hunter
I lay back down on the old mattress in my cell, after getting a drink from the sink. This was the second day I was there, waiting to see what they were going to do to me. The small cell had a toilet, sink and a mattress. There was a small door at the bottom of the large steel door that held me in here that opened three times a day to give me meals.
At the end of the third day I was about to doze off, but the large steel door swung open. Two soldiers walked in and hoisted me to my feet. It was hard for me to walk since they shot me down in that town. One of the soldiers let me lean on him so I wouldn't fall. We walked down the hallway and passed four rooms and I was pushed into the fifth room. There was only a chair in the middle of the room, when a light flashed on in a room across end from mine only separated by a glass wall. There was a desk with six black button on it. Sitting at the desk was no one other than Principle Michaels.
"Hello, Hunter," he said, "We are going to make this nice and easy. You give us answers we won't hurt your friend Karley here." A light went on to my right and Karley was standing in a room just like mine, with only a chair in the middle of the room.
"What do you want to know?" I grunted, limping over to the chair. I finally made it to the chair and collapsed in it.
"First, we want to know where is you friend Brain Roberts?" Michaels asked me.
"I don't know," I lied. Michaels pushed the first black button on his desk. A buzzer went off and something dropped from the ceiling in Karley's room. It was a body. Karley walked over to the body slowly. It was a kid's body, it was small, and covered with cuts and bruises. It was laying face down, Karley grabbed it's shoulder and rolled it over. She looked horrified.
"No, no, no. This isn't happening," she said backing away from the body. It was Joey.
"Do we understand what will happen when you lie to me," Michaels said, I nodded. "I'm going to ask you again. Where is Brian Roberts?"
"Okay," I said softly, "Last time I saw him we were with a girl named Ashley, in the town you shot me down in."
"Where in the town?" He asked.
"In Ashley's basement," I said. He pressed the second button. Another body fell in Karley's room. It was Scott. Karley picked up her chair and hit it against the steel door.
"Let me out of here!" she screamed leaning against the door and sliding down in to the floor.
"I told the truth!" I lied.
"We search you friend Ashley's house, because she was reported missing," he said and pressed the next two buttoned.
"Stop! Please!" Karley sobbed. The bodies were Brandon and Kristin. Michaels picked up a microphone and turned it on.
"We'll stop as soon as your boyfriend tells the truth," he said to Karley.
"Hunter, please," she whispered. She couldn't see me or hear me.
"I'm sorry," I said, standing up on one foot and dragged the chair over to the glass. I slammed the chair into the glass panel, the chair broke into pieces, but the glass didn't even crack. I stumbled backwards and fell on the floor.
"Let me go. Let us go," I pleaded.
"No, not until you answer me," he said.
"No!" I screamed, "I'm not going to ever fucking help you!"
"Have it your way," he pressed the fifth button and Karley screamed as another body came down. This one I couldn't handle. It was Cameron.
"Stop, Cameron. Why'd you kill him? He was so young," I cried, curling up on the floor.
