Hey guys
Sorry I haven't been uploading much feel free to yell at me in the comments for it heh but I've recently gotten hate for the magic being in the book and in my own self defense Im sorry I did that. The book will be ending soon so that will stop it.
A war. A fricking war. Is this what it's come to? Is this what our life has somehow become? A warzone?
"Cheol?" V asked and tilted his head. Cheol shook his head and looked at V who looked a little concerned. "You think you can do this?"
Cheol sighed and looked at Jeonghan who was looking at him with a different look of emotion in his eyes. To Cheol it looked like all type of love had completely drained from Jeonghan's eyes. A small pain hit Cheol's chest and he looked at the floor. "I-I don't know.." Everyone stared at Cheol and he sighed.
"If we're going to have to fight a war we'll fight it." He looked up and then at Jeonghan. "I know I took away his magic, and Im terribly sorry. The pain that might go through your body or mind must be rough." He looked at everyone else who just had a look of achievement on their faces. "If it's a war they'll want, it's a war they'll get." Cheol smiles as many others in the room cheered.
It had been a while after the meeting in the hospital room and Jeonghan looked like he had a few scratches. He was sitting up and stretching, looking like a new man. "Man, I haven't felt this good since my last battle with the kingsman."
"Huh? Aren't you hurting?" Cheol looked at him in disbelief.
"No, Woozi healed me." He smiled.
"Woozi can heal people?!" Cheol jumped up out of his chair and yelled.
"Yea, you didn't see him doing it?"
"No..." Cheol slumped over with a look of defeat on his face.
It was 3 in the afternoon and the know wizards in the area all met in the farthest of the fields for a meeting. It was the first meeting before the war they had no idea would happen. They knew the headmasters minions spied on them all day and night. It wasn't really a problem now because they knew they would carry out the plan.
However, Cheol didn't participate. He caused all this and it is a grave misuse of a wizards contract to cast away the ability to use their magic. Cheol didn't want to go to war but being the one responsible he felt like he had to.
"Alright, we'll make our moves from here and here." One person said pointing to the map on the ground drawn with a stick. "It doesn't matter which formation we take on as long as we counter the attack of the opponent."
"That doesn't make sense, shouldn't we have a specific plan in place for any moves they try?" Another asked. Cheol heard no one answer and decided to interject.
"No," Cheol butted in. "They have their minions. A single plan in our wake would give them something for their master to plan against. It's a foolish move. We have great wizards on our team, on our side that will be against the many others on the opponents."
"He's got a point," Jeonghan said and stood up. "I may not be able to use magic anymore, but that doesn't mean I won't help fight. But what he said is true. He may be new, he may be the holder of something powerful no wizard in our generation has yet to obtain, but we will fight using the elements thrown at us in reverse. Counterattack to the bitter end."
"It doesn't matter what we say here. The minions hear us anyway and they will report to the masters. We'll have stuff planned but we won't have a specific plan until later when they hit. They won't know what's coming to them." Cheol smirked.
Many others just stared and looked at each other in the eyes. They all smiled. Maybe it would work. At least, it's a shot towards victory.
