✿ chapter eleven

"S U N And R A I N"

✿ the time in the evening at which the sun begins to fall below the horizon

I heard he off the engine of his car. He's using his car and he was calling it "Moses" if I'm not mistaken. It was a mustang blah blah. I don't know, but it's a bit vintage well vintage actually. Classy just like what my car looks like. But! My car is better heh.

"Here we are, come on" He offered his hand on me. I looked up, and saw him smiling. Smile that I must say, different. I sweetly took it "Okay..." Just then he closed the door from behind. What a gentleman. People, this guy behind me is such a weird. Despite of all those nonsense fight earlier, he still can be a what you called "man".

I sighed as I looked around "So..." I started "Why are we here? To go. fishing or what?" I looked at him who currently sitting at on of the near bench. I walked near him the sat beside him afterward.

He smiled sweetly "No, I just love watching the sun setting. Falling into below the mysterious horizon." I nodded and looked at the direction where his eyes was. "You know we're bit different, opposite actually. You love watching the stars, and me the sun setting. There bit far from each other right?"

I nodded, trying to make him feel that I want him to continue. As at my cue "the stars won't shine if sun is still there.." He continued.

I looked at him in confusion "You know, you said once to me that you love rain but it's covering star. Star, which I wish I was. And, now you're saying.. stars won't shine if sun still there. Still there showing people what he got." I sighed. "I'm so slow, and I don't understand what's the point of that."

He chuckled after hearing my explanation. "You'll know it soon." He looked at me and our eyes met "Everyone will. It's not something that can hide much longer.." He smiled, a weak smile I must say. I smiled too "Well, as you say so."

I looked away, as well as him. We watched as the orange sky become purple and mid black afterward. I couldn't understand what he told me. Like I'm counting the stars in the whole galaxy, wishing I can. It's

Pointless.

As the sky got darker, the night got deeper. The cold freezing winds started kicking in, considering the fact that I had no coat nor sleeves; I started shivering. Greyson, still there. Being quite all hours long. Me, watching the stars try to shrug it off.

Greyson hold my bare hand as he looked concerned "You feeling cold?" He suddenly asked me. Rubbing his soft hands on my one hand. "A bit.." I continued "For the sake of my stars, I'll stay." I chuckled looking at him.

He shook his head "Come, we need to be home before the dinner. Or else mom will kill us both." He started "You know her, and your shivering. And also me, I forgot my coat. Here I'll hug you instead." He opened his arms wide. Making me laughed.

"No, no need." I grab his hand, and pull him at his car. "We need to go home. Your mom will kill you. Not us hello?" I said emphasizing the word you. "I'm not the one who drag someone then pretend that a tour guide" I jokely said "But thanks.." I mumbled, wishing he doesn't hear a word.

He put his hands up. "Yeah right.. wait did you said something?" He opened the car door for me to get in. I shook my head before I gladly, went inside mounting thanks at him. He then closed it, and walked at his door. And started the engine of his car. Saying okay.

"So.." He started as the sky gets bit darker and that's my cue. It will start to rain anytime soon. "How's your day?" He continued as if his my mother waiting for me at the couch, having a cup of hot coffee at the middle of the night.

"Mom,I think it's great." I said, playing at his game. "and how about you mister?"

I think I saw him biting his long tongue, probably stopping his self to laugh. "It's great too, I got to know her better." He said, as his voice changed. It turned into soft voice. and looked at me directly.

I think my face was red as a tomatoe right now. I looked way, telling myself not to fall. "Uh.. go-good for you." I shattered. As I hardly gulped. Oh men! I just shattered. I heard him chuckled.

My cue was right, just right then it starts to rain hard. Like the car glass might crack. The whole ride was silent. You can feel the comfortable atmosphere turned into embarrassing one.

We're all done eating our dinner now. All we did while eating dinner was them teasing me and Greyson. It's like they did that, whole time. I kinda loving their company. I love they're family. They're treating each others like a befriends, but at the end of the day they all knew what their limitations.

Here I go again, writing story. I usually do this when the time the rain is pouring. Rain, serves as my inspiration. Imagination is the way to escape the reality, am I right? Fiction is very different than reality. Fiction is somewhat giving me hope.

Wishing that I had the same life in the character of one of the story. You like to read right? Love in the exact. I know you feel the same way as I do. They're all perfect. Kinda.

It's like a Faiytale.

I write a story because I want to escape my reality world. That's my way of expressing the imagination that is running through my mind. It is like, Im writing the things, and the life I wish I have.

"You can't sleep?" Hearing angelic voice and at the same time sleepy. It's non other than Alexa. I groaned "Yeah Kinda."

She sat up right beside me and try to pick a glimpse of what I was doing. She chuckled, and smile at me "What are you doing?" She continued "May I see?"

I looked at her and said "Uh writing.." I smiled "I don't want, it's private" I laughed, and turned my iPhone off. She looked at me with her teasing eyes.

"Really?" She teasingly asked. I then playfully rolled my eyes "Yea really." I said "Sleep now, its getting late." I added as I lay on her bed and pull my own blanket all over my body.

I heard her giggled "Yeah, As you say so. Goodnight, sister." Then she turned the lights off. "Goodnight" I mumbled. It took a minutes before I finally drifted to sleep.
