BTS Suga : Around the World With You

Off they go

Yoongi: "Maggie slow down, those temples have been there for ages, surely they would still be there by the time we get there!" he said in between breathes.

Maggie looks back and laughs at the sight of Yoongi. Hands on his knees and catching his breath for trying to catch up to her.

Maggie: "I'm sorry, I forgot how much of a turtle you are. "

After getting his breathing back to a normal state again, he follows Maggie still ahead of him. Her smile so wide and eyes filled with anticipation that Yoongi can't help  but just let's go of the comment she just made and starts to bring his camera to his eyes that's been dangling from his neck and take candid shots of her.

They continue the path up to the temple while Yoongi snapping away with every bit of view he sees. The place is a bit crowded now filled with tourists as they near Wat Pho. This is their last stop for the day in Thailand.

Maggie: "Shall we look for a tour group or let's just explore on our own?"

Yoongi finally caught up to her and shrugs before saying "I don't really mind, whatever you choose is fine."

Maggie rolls her eyes for the nth time that day "This is our trip tho, I feel like I've been making decisions the whole day!"

Yoongi: "Well technically, this was really your decision to come here in the first place so-"

Maggie: "Explore on our own then" she cuts him off.

Yoongi doesn't mind, really he doesn't. When it comes to travelling, Maggie is the expert so he trust her choices. The only thing he doesn't trust Maggie with is when she gets hold of his camera. Gawd, the girl can only point and shoot. Angles and important details neglected.  Everytime she takes a picture it always ends up blurry.

Maggie knows nothing about photography. I think this girl only knows selca, and that's photography for her. Yoongi thought.

And as if on cue, he finds Maggie posing in front of the reclining Buddha waiting for Yoongi to take her photo.

He does just that. He brings his camera to his eyes and focused on Maggie. Snapping a few good photos of her.

Maggie: "Your turn, I'll take your picture." as she gestures Yoongi to hand over his camera and take her place in front of the Buddha.

Yoongi poses anyway knowing by heart it would just turn out like any other photo she takes.

Maggie: "I think I did good this time." she smiles and shows him the picture.

"That's actually pretty decent,thanks." Yoongi agrees.

They continue to walk around the temple, just stopping in every reclining Buddha they see to take a picture and admire the beautiful creation in front of them.

By the end of their tour. They are both tired from walking. But happy at the same time because their first day in Thailand is perfect. Well, almost...

They were supposed to visit Thailand's famous night market so they can try all the delicious street foods that Maggie has been talking about. But it starts to rain...hard. Unfortunatley.

Rather than risking the night of getting lost and soaked, they decided to just go back to their hotel. They are both tired anyway.

Yoongi: "We can always go tomorrow night." Yoongi tries to convince her.

Maggie doesn't try and hide her disapointment. "Yeah, I guess so."

Yoongi: "Anyway, we can settle for these now..." as he gives her the instant cup ramen that they brought with them. They are staying at a cheap hotel so room service is not an option. "I'm too tired to walk around the market anyway, let alone walk around the rain."

Maggie: " Yeah, you're right." She gets excited again as she blows her soup and  slurps it happily. "Gawd I just wish we have decent food tho."

Yoongi: "Who's idea is it anyway to stay at this hotel?" he looks at her in a mocking way.

Maggie: "Well I just thought we should have our credit cards secured for this trip since I don't think I can pay it if I go over the limit again." she answers defensively

Yoongi: "Well there you have it. You were the one who said to keep this trip on a budget, so stop complaining."

Maggie: "I wasn't. I was just...thinking out loud."

Yoongi ruffles her hair in amusement. He picks up his own cup of ramen and begins to walk out the door "Tomorrow, I promise will be better. Anyway, if you need me I'll be in the other room. Lock the door when you're going to bed, okay?Goodnight."
He doesn't wait for her to answer and shuts the door behind him.

Maggie: "Ruuude." And sticks her tongue out at the door.

Yoongi steps out from the shower, ready to call it a night. He is tired. I mean, he's always tired tbh. But this is a different kind of tired given all of the walking he and Maggie did the entire day. He lies on the bed scrolling through his camera from all the pictures he took that day. Stopping at Maggie's pictures a second too long compared with the other images. He smiles unknowingly everytime he sees her picture and just scrolls through the others. This was a good day,  he thought.

A beep from his phone distracts him and a message from Maggie pops up. Goodnight, see u in the morning :) :) :)

Yoongi doesn't reply. He just smiles and thought to himself .. Nope, scratch that...This was a perfect day.  And he closes his eyes for the night.
