He initially was a talented kid as he performed dancing and he wants to pretend to be a superhero. Well... Not actually a hero it seems. He had his classmate Harold Sanders who is a cool kid. He plays soccer, but he kicks the ball to hit accidentally the janitor's mop besiding the windows outside the school. However, a janitor calls really mad.

Janitor: Blast it! Hey! Who did hit that over the window?
Penn Zero: Sorry! I made my mistake! I usually kicked that ball to hurt you. My bad.
Janitor: (calms down, breathes) Okay, you punk. I wanna tell you that you don't kick that ball to crash on that window. But you just distracted my job! (looks at the rat beside Penn) Shoo, little guy. Shoo!
Penn: Wait. Does this rat besides me?
Janitor: Actually no.

Then a rat goes away from Penn.

Penn: Oh. Sorry about crashing on the window with the soccerball! It was an accident! (leaving back to school)
Janitor: Nah... Whatever. Now get back to school. Don't you ever wanna... Uhh... Distract. Oh yes. Don't you ever... Uhh...
Penn: I won't! See ya! (still leaves back)
Janitor: Wow. That boy speaks fast.

Penn gets back to school to resume the exercise for playing soccer. But one day, the teacher announces that it has an exchange student.

Teacher: All right, class. Listen up. We have some of the announcements of our classroom for today: I have some good news and bad news.
Stanley: Hey! What's a bad news first, moron?

The children, including Penn, laughed all over the room.

Teacher: (stressed) You gotta be kidding, Stanley. But the bad news first. Okay? (the students calmed down) The bad news is: Jennifer Brooke has completely temporary absent. She has a fear of this school so she doesn't have friends. And she was from the United Kingdom.
Penn: Huh? What is wrong with Jennifer?
Harold Sanders: (to Penn) I don't know. She don't have any friends.
Penn: That's because she's absent, but she has a fear of our school, so she never have some friend until she's eight.
Harold: My... Is that what I think it is?
Stanley: (to Harold) Hey, compass! Do you wanna follow that girl who don't have any friends? (laughs)
Harold: (to Stanley) Hey! Don't let Jennifer get hurt!
Stanley: Ooh! So do you wanna play rough, huh, burger boy? I can keep you a slushy cream for a sadness. (puts a whipped cream to Harold, rubbing on his face, letting go)
Harold: (enraged) Do you wanna piece of me?
Penn: (to self) Well, I just have to keep them from fighting themselves. (relaxing, to Harold and Stanley) Stop fighting each other you two! (resumes relaxing) So much refreshing.
Teacher: Harold! Stanley! (both stopped fighting) You just don't have to fight... So sit down. (to Penn) Wow, Penn. You a very good behavior student.
Harold: (both sitting down) Stupid bullies.
Teacher: Anyway, the good news is: We have an exchange student! (all the children noticed how the question asked, but Penn distracted his relaxes) She's from Japan who moved to the United States. She is tough! So... Here she is. (speaking to an opened door of a classroom) Come on, little one, go on.

As they wait, a five-year-old girl arrives, slowly enter to the classroom, Penn had discovered a girl who is initially shy and pretty confident.

Penn: (to self) Who is she?
Teacher: Everyone, this is a girl we have never be seen before. She has the kindness and very intellegent, for one majestical Japanese girl in our favorite classroom. And I'd like to introduce to her were we've been waiting for.
