"V! V! V!"
"B?!" I stand up from the waiting room chair, seeing Betty running towards me, her face streaming with tears. "B, what's wrong?"
"I-it's Jughead!"
"What's Jughead? What happened?" She stays silent after her stuttering. "Did he hurt you? Did he hurt that baby? Right! That's it!" I take my jacket from around my shoulders and begin to walk to his room.
"V," She holds my wrist and I turn around, "What are you doing?"
"Trust me, he won't hurt you again! I'm going to speak with him!" She loosens her grip and I begin walking again.
"He won't be there!" She shouts.
"What?" I spin around.
"He's gone!" She wipes a tear from her eye, "and so it Toni!"

He's ran off with her, hasn't he? He's left Betty to fend for herself! Betty might be vulnerable and weak at her stage...

But I'm not!

A R C H I E  A N D R E W S

I swear I feel like a child in this situation!

Veronica telling me what to do! Betty crying! Jughead screaming or being deadly silent! It's just an impossible battle I'm fighting! I wanna know what's going on, but no one will tell me anything. It's time to make this change.
"Betty!" I see her return from talking to Veronica. I catch her attention and stand from the scratchy waiting room seats. "Can I talk to you a moment?" I begin walking over to her.
"Yeah, sure Arch!" Veronica follows us as we walk into a slight corner.
"Alone!" I turn back around looking at Ronnie, hinting that I don't want her there. She lets out a sight and stomps away.
"What's up?" Betty asks me.
"I feel so useless Bett! Please just tell me what's going on?"
"Of course, Arch!" We both slide our backs down the wall, sitting upright on the floor. "I'm pregnant Archie!"
"Y-you mean j-Jughead?"
"Yeah," she smiles a little, "but he's missing Arch. Him and Toni have gone! Disappeared!"
"Are you kidding me? Have you told him?"
"No! No I haven't," I see a tear form up in her eye, "and that's what's killing me Archie, it's eating me up inside! This whole thing was my fault because I knew and he didn't. I thought... I thought- well I don't even know what I was thinking! And now he's gone and he might be dead or he might have ran away from me and it's still all my fau-"
"Stop it!" I interrupt. All this time I watch her beat herself up over something Jughead has done. "Stop blaming yourself! It was no ones fault Bett! Come here!" I look at the streaming tears from her face and bring her head close to my shoulder, where she leans on my body.
"I just don't know what to do Arch!"
"Just relax for now. He can't have gone far! He wouldn't do that to you."

Would he leave her? At this stage, I'm not entirely sure...

J U G H E A D  J O N E S

Light awakens my closed and peaceful eyes.
"Jughead Jones!"
"Who are you?" I shout, realising my arms and legs are restrained to a post. "Who are you?!"
The room is dark and deadly silent. It seems like no other life has lived here for about a century. The dust floats in the moist and musky air, and the vintage floor is cracked. "Who are you? Where's Toni?!" Silence. "Answer me! Answer me now you pathetic psycho!" The voice laughs.
"I'm the psycho?" It's voice is deep and menacing. It's not a normal voice, possibly played through some kind of app or programme.
"Where is she?"
"You really need to learn how to be quiet?" Suddenly, two masked men walk towards me, guards on their knuckles and one with some cloth in their hand.
"What the hell do you mean by that? What are you doing? Where is she?" The men approach me further before deciding to punch me in the gut several times and across the face. At first I resist and attempt to fight back, but it's no use. I let the pain fly by, and I think about Betty.

Her perfect blond hair in a tight pony tail. Her ocean blue eyes, her soothing voice.

Once they finish, one of them pulls out the long piece of material, and pulls it around my mouth, tying it around the back of the thick post. My head pining to the concrete, I can't speak, scream or even try and find a way to escape for myself, but you no what?

I don't even care...
