I lean back on my bed and lay my head on the pillow. Bringing my hands up behind my neck, I turn my head slightly to look at Sophie.

She is sitting there in the exact same position that she was in when I first walked through that shiny white door frame. My guess is that she has been sitting there for longer than when I had just come in as well.

Her brown eyes flicker up towards me for a second before focusing on her hands again. Is she scared? Good.

I like to be feared, it gives me power and strength. I can do whatever I want if I am feared. I would rather be feared than loved. Some may say that's a stupid concept but in my eyes, its perfect.

I let out a long sigh and once again, Sophie's eyes flicker up towards me. Our eyes lock for three long seconds, I purse my lips and she looks upwards at the ceiling.

I can't help but roll my eyes at how stupid she is. She is probably really smart looking at her but something tells me that she will take shit and won't stand up for herself.

I swing my legs off the side of the bed and sit up again.

"Why won’t you look at me" I say in a harsh voice. My eye brows pulled together and my eyes pierced.

"I am" she states quietly while trying to hold a gaze with me for more than three seconds.

"Right well, do you know anyone here" I ask rudely. I might as well take her in, if she has no friends.

If she can't stand up for herself then this could be fun. Maybe I should take her to a party and see how that works out.

That might be a bit mean. Since when did I care about being mean? I will take her to the party just for the fun of it.

Sophie quickly gives a short shake of her head signalling that she doesn't know anyone.

My grin spreads of ear to ear as I look back at her. Great.

"Are you coming tonight?" I ask, still with a smile on my face.

Her face flashes with confusion as she asks where.

"Just a little get together with some friends, it's really fun" I say slyly. I would tell her that it's a party but there is no doubt she will turn it down if I tell her the truth.

She looks as if she is thinking it over as she takes a moment to reply. I can't help but groan at how long she is taking to answer my question.

"Ok" she smiles a little and tucks her hair behind her ear. Such a girly move,  something that I would never do.

"We are leaving at nine" I say sharply.

"Oh um, that's a bit late" She butts in straight after.

"Nine" I say a bit louder and draw it out so she gets the picture.

What I say goes, for her sake I hope she learns that quickly.

I take a glimpse at myself in the mirror. It was more like a long stare than a glimpse though.

I take in my appearance and wipe away any smudges in my makeup.

Thick black eyeliner frames my bright blue eyes. My eyelashes are covered in a thick coat of mascara and on my lips there is a layer of pink lipstick.

I turn my head to look at my ear. There are studs up my entire right ear.

I don't know why I got so many piercing in my ears. I wanted a lip piercing but my mum said no. Piercings look cool, and are very sexy. My mum doesn't have control over me now, I make my own rules. Not that I ever listened to any of hers.
