"Just two months after the death of the icon representing Norway--Lukas Bondevik--his young protege--Who goes by the same name -- is attending his first world meeting. The meeting is taking place in Oslo, the capital of Nor-"
The television shuts off with an audible click. Footsteps echo through the room as though it were an abandoned warehouse.

Lucas sighs and fidgets with his tie nervously. He was standing right outside the meeting building, facing the building but occasionally looking sheepishly back at the tv reporters and journalists just behind him. They say it's his first meeting, while that's not entirely true, its not a lie either. With Nor-, Lukas he's gone to multiple. The only difference is that he is representing Norway this time. It was his turn to be in the spotlight and he wasn't at all prepared.
Berwald, Sweden, was the next to arrive. He came to stand next to his new, young, colleague and he places a comforting hand on his shoulder. Luc turns his head to smile at him in thanks. The strong, quiet, presence of him was comforting. The new nation was glad someone else was here now. They could go inside and none of the paparazzi could come with them. Right before the two went in, Finland and the other two nordics joined them, with Finland linking arms with Lucas.
Once they were inside though, the sheepish facade Lucas had created broke down and slumped in the head seat. He was shaking and had a hand over his eyes. Erikur and Tino went over and well, Tino was the hands on one so he's the one who hugged him. Ice just stood there with a hand on his shoulder.
"Are you going to be okay? I know you aren't feeling well at the moment, but will you be okay?" Fin's voice breaks through the shaky breathing of the new Norway.
Luc nods and takes a deep breath. "Ja, I'll.. I'll be good." He smiles after a few minutes. "You know? I think I can hear the others starting to come in. Lets give them a hand shall we?" His whole mood seemed to change in a second. A good quality for a leader to say the least.
A few others where there and Lucas opened the doors to let them in, shaking their hands as they walked into the room. Some of them even gave him hugs and little gifts. Mostly the gifts were food, but others were notebooks and other things that could help him with the paperwork that came along with being the representative. Needless to say, all of the positivity was helping Lucas's mood.
When everyone arrived, the normal chaos soon started. Now, anyone will tell you that Lucas is just an energetic version of Norway, but he can also be a lot like his predecessor. He'd learned a few tips from the old nation, and one of them was how to silence a room. Silently he stood up and let his aura-cool, calming, but fierce and demanding- fill up the room.
"Hello, and welcome. I'm glad you could all make it to today's meeting." His voice was eerily like the past Norway's. Flat, monotone, almost emotionless, but now there was a hint of subtle demand. The room quieted, and Lucas smiles.
"Now, as some of you know, I am not..." He trails off, thinking of how to say this. "I am not the Norway that you all have grown to know. While there are many topics that we should get to today, there is one more pressing than those. In some part of the international waters of the world, there is a lab. There they mass produce clones, and I am one of those clones." He paused to judge their reactions.
The nordics were not taken by surprise, neither was Germany. Of course though, they already knew. The others in the room had a variety of reactions. Most were of shock and disbelief. Lucas had come prepared for this. He reached into his pocket and grabbed hold of the thin clips of metal that reminded him just who he really was supposed to be. He tossed them onto the table and using some form of magic enlarged them above that area so everyone could see.
"Every clone has three tags. One for their project name, attempt number, and name. In this case, these being mine, they were Project N, A45, Lukas Bondevik. I was the forty-fifth attempt out of at least sixty in Project Norway.
"There are at least two other projects that I know of. Project Russia, and Project America. I'm sure there are other people out there with this technology, but I only know of this one center. Their aim is to make an exact clone of the targeted country's representative, eliminate the rep, and replace them. They take DNA samples, among other things to ensure the success of these experiments.
"I was a failed attempt, and was slotted for deactivation the day that I escaped. I have never had the intention of killing anyone, but others have, and they had tried to kill Norway before. This made him have little to no reaction when I found my way to his home. I need to warn you all, about this threat though, because these scientists are trying to take over the world and run it in their own image." He sighs, "The world may be in chaos, but we make it work."
