"I can't believe you rented out this whole restaurant, didn't your managers question you?" Jihoon asks as he sits across from Soonyoung at a table that had a full course meal on top.
"Nah, they don't really care" Soonyoung admits, shrugging. "Come on, let's eat"
They both dig into their food, chatting about small things and getting to know each other more.
Jihoon enjoyed it and felt comfortable around Soonyoung which was rare for him.
When the two had finished their food, they headed outside. Soonyoung had to cover his face so nobody would spot him while Jihoon just walked freely.
"You wanna come back to the hotel? Hang out with the group?" Soonyoung questions and Jihoon shrugs, smiling softly.
"Sure" Jihoon stated, and they headed towards the hotel.
When they got to the hotel, Jihoon could already hear the boys, yelling at each other in Soonyoung's room.
"They're dating! I'm telling you"
"Soonyoung knows better! He's not gonna put us in jeopardy like that"
Jihoon suddenly has a guilt feeling, if they got caught then Soonyoung career could end. This is what he was afraid of and it seems that people in the group were as well.
"H-He's right" Jihoon mumbles and Soonyoung looks at him in confusion.
"What?" Soonyoung mumbles, "what are you talking about?"
"We can't be together, it won't work out" Jihoon mumbles, turning and quickly trying to walk away but Soonyoung grabs his wrist and twirls him around so they were face to face.
"Listen, I like you! and i don't care what the others think, we won't know if it'll work out if we don't try" Soonyoung states before he's touching Jihoon cheek and leaning in, pressing their lips together.
They don't hear the room door opening and they definitely don't hear the gasps from the members.
When they pull apart, Jihoon is a blushing mess while Soonyoung just smiles brightly until he looks and sees his group standing beside him with shocked faces.
"I told you!" Vernon yells while Seungcheol grabs Soonyoung by his collar and drags him down the hall.
"You idiot, what are you thinking?" He whispers to Soonyoung who rolls his eyes.
"I'm thinking that I like Jihoon and I want to see where it goes" Soonyoung responds.
"Yeah but you aren't thinking straight" Seungcheol states and Soonyoung finds himself giggling at that
"This is serious! we can get in trouble"
"You're dating Jeonghan so what's the difference? You get to see him every day and be around him all the time" Soonyoung mumbles, starting to get upset.
"That's the difference, we're in the same group. Nobody suspects anything, fans even ship us. That one pic of you and Jihoon got out and we lost fans" Seungcheol explains.
Soonyoung glares and turns towards the group to find Jihoon gone.
"Where did he go?" Soonyoung yells, not caring about others in the hotel.
He runs over to his group, Seungcheol following behind.
"He heard you guys, try talking a little lower if you're gonna tell Soonyoung to quit a relationship" Minghao states.
They all go into the hotel room, as Seungcheol and Soonyoung argue outside in the hall.
Jihoon lays in bed that night, cuddled next to Minhyuk as he cried himself to sleep.
