Belle ran to her cell. Why did he do that? She thought. I want to leave but....I'm afraid he'll find me again. She sat down. She started to cry again. She rubbed her tears away. I have to be brave. It was just a mouse. But he could have done that to anyone,including me.
She stood up. I have to talk to him. She walked. She was terrified. She found him spinning straw into gold.
"Rumplestilskin." She said. Her voice was shaking.
Rumple did not turn around. "Thought you left." He said quietly.
She sighed. "We need to talk. For real."
"I also thought we did that." He never stopped spinning.
"I know you were someone else before this. The book,the drawing....."
He said nothing in response.
"Please,talk to me." She was desperate to know. There was something about him,like a hidden sadness in his eyes.
"Belle,I was always a coward. I was always some crocodile beast! Now just leave me,like everyone else did!" He shouted.
Belle walked away. The last thing he said hooked her. "Now leave me alone,like everyone else did!" She went to get some rest till dinner.
