Chapter 5
I turn around to see that the lights in my house are still on. I’m sure everyone must still be wide awake and planning the wedding things. I walk upto the door and ring the bell. I hear muffled noises & soon the door swings open and there stands my 6 feet tall brother Adam.
“Welcome home baby sister!” he exclaims as he wraps me up in a bear hug. I laugh and hug him back.
“Congratulations Adam! Finally huh??!” I pull out of the hug and smirk at him.
He grins wide and nods.
“Eliza! Mum Eliza’s here!!” screams Charlotte my elder sister.
Charlotte is 25 but looks much younger with her petite figure and blond hair curling slightly at the end. She comes and hugs me as well. Suddenly I feel someone grab my legs. I pull out of the hug and look down to find my 5 year old niece Annabelle, Charlotte’s daughter looking up at me with an excited look.
“Hey princess!! How are you?” I bend down to her level and ruffle her blond hair.
“Hello aunt Ellie! I’ve missed you” she squeaks.
“I’ve missed you too sweetheart. One minute I’ve got something for you” I say as I pull my backpack from my shoulder and remove a box of KitKats and give it to her.
She looks at her mother and after Charlotte nods she takes the box from my hand.
“Thank you aunt Ellie” she says politely
“Most welcome Anna” I say.
“You know Aunt Ellie what happened in school. Toby dropped his lunch box and then everyone started laughing and then Miss Bailey said..”
“Hey sweetheart, Aunt Ellie has had a long trip so we should let her rest right? And you can tell her all those exciting stories tomorrow ok?”
“Okay Daddy”
Annabelle was cut short by her father Winston. He then bends down to pick her up.
“Eliza” Winston smiles at me and nods.
“Winston” I acknowledge him.
I walk inside to be greeted by my dad and mum. We all settle down in the living room and chat for awhile. I tell them all about my encounter with Zayn and Louis and how they helped me.
“Oh you should’ve invited them for the wedding” mum says.
“Mum I hardly know them.. How could I invite them? And besides they are celebs, they wouldn’t come” I state dismissively.
“Since they helped you so it could be a thank you gesture. And its upto them whether they would come or not. Well nevermind” she replies.
Soon we all decide to go to bed. I take my old room and Adam drives back to his loft while Winston and Charlotte take Adam’s room.
