Lucy sat in the doctors office as she waited to be called back into the office. She fiddled with her fingers, getting more anxious every second. Pashian squeezed her shoulder to reassure her, "Calm Down, Lu. Everything is going to be fine." Lucy nodded before hearing her name.
"Lucy Santiago, Dr. Walters is ready for you." The nurse called. Lucy and Pashian got up, following the nurse to a room.
"Just lay right here, and the doctor will be right with you." She smiled before leaving the room.
*Five minutes later*
"Sorry for your wait, Ms. Santiago. My name is Dr. Walters. We ran your urine test and you are indeed 7 weeks and 5 days pregnant as of today. So I'm going to ask you to remove your underwear, since you already have on a dress I won't need to put on the gown. I'll be back when your done." The doctor said leaving the room.
Lucy got up from the bed and took her underwear off, placing them in her purse. She looked over at Pashian who had her mouth wide open.
"What the hell is wrong with you?" She chuckled.
"Lucy. Did you NOT see how fine that man was!? Now he bout to touch your cooty cat. You're so lucky. I'm getting pregnant." Pashian said putting her hand on her forehead. Lucy couldn't do anything but laugh. And it felt great to laugh, she'd been stressed out since she found out she was pregnant.
The doctor walked back in, and Lucy had now realized how fine he really was. His skin was like melted chocolate, with a short Caesar cut with waves that'll make any girl seasick. And on top of that he stood at a Godly height of 6'7. If Lucy wasn't in the predicament she was in and wasn't pregnant she would definitely accept that quest.
"Okay, Ms. Santiago-"
"You can call me Lucy." Lucy said as Dr. Walters washed his hands before putting on gloves.
"Ok. Well, Lucy. I'm just going to give you a quick check up before you get ultrasounds. You're going to feel a little pressure okay. In 5.. 4... 3.. 2..-" Lucy squeezed Pashian hand slightly as the doctor slowly stuck a finger inside, she remembered what Pashian said and bust out in laughter causing him to look at Lucy with a raised eyebrow and a smile.
"Sorry." She chuckled.
"It's fine." He laughed showing all pearly whites. "Everything seems good, you can put your underwear back on and a nurse will come get you for your ultrasound. Your next appointment will be in 3 weeks."
Lucy nodded, once he left Lucy put her underwear back on, before the nurse knocked on the door letting them know an ultrasound room was available.
Lucy shivered as the cold blue gel was rubbed around her stomach. She closely examined the ultrasound screen as the technician tried to get a good view of the womb. "There's mommy's heart beat.... and there's baby heartbeat." She nurse smiled.
Lucy couldn't help but smile. She was so excited despite not knowing who's baby it was. "Oh wow.. there's baby number 2 heartbeat." The nurse added.
"Number 2!?" Pashian and Lucy exclaimed in unison.
"Yes ma'am. You're having twins. Congratulations." She smiled as she printed out the ultrasound.
