Its the end of the day and let's just say Isaac,  Scott, Stiles, and Erica are my friends. The bell rings and that signals us that we can leave. I get up and grab my stuff quickly. I walk out the door and run into someone. I look up and see Isaac.

I say "You scared the hell out of me."

He says "You get used to it. Don't worry."

I look at the time on my phone. Shit! 3:50.

I say "I gotta go Isaac!  Bye!"

I speed walk out and Isaac catches up to me.

He says "Wait. I can give you a ride."

I say "You sure?"

He says "Yeah."

I nod and follow him to a black car. He opens the door for me and i get in and he runs to the drivers side.

He says "You know, my dad was abusive. He beat me for everything I did. Everything. He would through things at me. Then I got the bite. Derek found me and did it. I then killed my dad out of rage on a full moon. I never meant to. it just happened. The bite was the best thing in my life. How did you know about were wolfs? your human and I can tell."

I say "I used to have a friend. He was born into being a werewolf. He told me all about it. All his dreams of becoming a alpha and making a pack. He wanted me. Saying I would make a great Alpha with him but I couldn't do it. Derek always talked about it. The moment we met he told me. I guess he felt that he could trust me."

Isaac says "You know Derek Hale?"

I say "Yeah. he was my best friend."

He says " Wanna see him tomorrow? After school?"

I say "What about my dad?"

He says "Well, tell him your studying to get caught up with us and your going to my house. That's what I did to my dad when I wanted to hang out with friends."

I say "Okay I'll try."

We pull up to my house and I get out.

I say "Bye Isaac. Thank you."

He mods and I shut the door. I walk to the front door and open it. I see my dad passed out on the couch. I give Issac a thumbs up and shut my front door. I sneak up stairs to my room and start unpacking box. I unpack everything but my pictures. I walk up to the box and push it in the corner. I sigh and hear someone coming up stairs. My dad busts open the door. He smacks me hard on the cheek. I fall to the ground holding my cheek. I look up at him with big eyes and

he laughs.

I say "What did I do daddy."

He says "Who the hell was that boy? You know the only boy your aloud to be with is Derek."

i say "I'm sorry daddy. He's Derek's friend."

I shift my eyes to the door way. I see some golden glowing eyes but not of a werewolf. Its a giant lizard. It comes up behind my dad and snaps his neck. It looks at me as my eyes watch my father fall. I scoot as far as I can to the wall away from the lizard as it moves closer. I scoot in the corner.

I say "Go away. p-please"

It cocks his head to the side as I start to shake. It runs a claw a crossed my cheek careful not to scratch me.

under a hiss it says "Jenna "

I get shocked and it rubs its claw down my arm. He looks at my dad and runs off through the window. Someone busts open the door and I put my head in my knees and shake.

A voice says "Jenna?"

I look up and see Derek. I jump real up real quick and run into his chest.

I say "Derek, it knew my name. What the hell was that?"

He wraps his arms around me.

He says " What was it?"

I say " A giant lizard thing. What about my dad? What are we supposed to say?"

He says " What did it do to you?"

I wipe my face and look at Isaac, Scott, Erica, and Stiles. I look back at Derek and sigh.

I say "Can I have some claws?"

Isaac hands me his hands with his claws grown out. I take his hand to my face and follow that things movement.

I say "then, under a hiss it said Jenna. My name. Isaac what was it? Do yall even know?"

Isaac says "Were wolfs aren't the only thing that rome's the streets of Beacon hill."

Derek says "Its called a kinima. I only know so much. But I do know that we need to get you checked. Your supposed to be paralized if it touched you and your not."

I say "What are you saying?"

He says "Your super natural."
