Five months later....

I came out from the hospital and hopped into the car. I was really exhausted and he won't help if he dares say a single word. I'm just seven months far but I look huge. Finding out I was having twins made me a but relieved. I love twins. I decided to keep that as a secret.

All I want now is to be alone without anybody disturbing me. "You okay?" He asked but I ignored me. "Hafsa." He called out.

"Can you please just shut up, is that too much to ask?" I grunted. He furrowed his brows and fixed his eyes on the road. We went to my parents house and picked up ayman before going home. I went straight to my room and laid down. I was having backache, feeling dizzy and really mad at aasim. I don't know why but I don't want to see or talk to him. I closed my eyes to get some sleep.

"Hafsa." I felt someone tapping me on my shoulder. I opened my eyes to see him. I sighed. "What?" I asked sitting up. "Dinner is ready." He informed and walked out. I stood up and went to the bathroom. I performed ablution and prayed maghrib and isha.

I went downstairs and met him and Ayman eating together. Ayman was feeding aasim. I sat far away from aasim before opening the warmers. Yuck! I'm not going to eat this.

"What?" He asked. "I can't eat this." I said looking at the tuwan shinkafa and miyan taushe. "Why?" He questioned. I rolled my eyes. "Because I don't feel like eating it". He sighed rubbing his temples. "Ok what do you want to eat?" He asked calmly. "Pounded yam and egusi soup with cow tail." my mouth was already getting watery.

He rubbed his eyes with his thumb and index finger. "I'll go get it now". He stood up and went upstairs. He came down and left without saying anything. I went to the living room with my first chewing gum tailing behind and laid down watching tv. He came back after approximately thirty minutes. "Get up and eat." He handed me the takeaway. I shook my head "I don't feel like eating it anymore."

"Then what do you want to eat?" He was clearly pissed. "Spicy pepper chicken." I said not even looking at him. He groaned and went to the kitchen. I smiled evily. I laid back down and continued watching my show.

After an hour he came out with a bowl in his hand. He handed me the bowl. I sat properly and started digging in. The whole time he was just sitting down beside me, looking at me. I turned to his side. "What?" I glared at him. "Nothing." He faced the tv. "Hafsa" he called out. Urgh this guy has no idea how angry I get when he talks to me.

"What please? What is it?" I yelled. "What is wrong with you? Why are you doing this to me? Always raising your voice at me! Have you forgotten that I'm your husband? Just because you're pregnant that doesn't give you the right to do whatever you want! By Allah Hafsa if you don't stop all this stupidity..."

"Salamu alaykum." The door got swing open and Aunty rashida came in. I quickly wiped my tears and stood up. "Sannu da Zuwa aunty (welcome Aunty)" I smiled. "Is everything okay?" She asked. I looked at him before turning my gaze to her. "Ye...yes" I lowered my gaze. She cleared her throat giving aasim that definitely means explain.

"Aunty I.. I didn't do anything. We were just talking." He scratched the back of his head avoiding her gaze. "Mmhhmm is that why you were raising your voice at her." She pointed at me. I bit my lip feeling guilty. He actually didn't do anything, it's all my fault. "No Aunty Rashida you don't understand, she..."

"Aasim when will you ever change?" She sighed. "But Aunty I didn't..." He wasn't done with his sentence when she cut him off. "Shut up! Apologise to her now!" She ordered. "But.."
