Ch 2(Pregnant?!)

"Pregnant?!" Winter yelled happily, Moon winced "Voice low please"
Winter let out a small laugh before kissing her. She smiled, at least winters happy about this, he pulled away still smiling, "So what will we name them or it?" He asked, Moon stood in thought for a second "Well if it was a boy then..Blackice" and motioned winter "Well if its a girl then maybe...Shard" he said wrapping a wing around moon. They both smiled at each other

Time skip to after moon had the egg which is after 9 months~

Winters pov~

There I was again guarding the egg when moon went to meet kinkajou and Qibli and bring em here

I was curled around the egg, with my head resting on the floor. I heard someone come through the door, my head pricked up but I saw it was just moon, kinkajou and Qibli. I sat up and slid the egg in between my front legs.

They both smiled at me wickedly, I flinched. "So moon here's been telling me you've been a good dad" Kinkajou mused teasingly, I frowned at the brightly colored bird, "Shush will you" I growled

"Winter! Be nice!" Moon said "Its been so long since we've seen them" I sighed moons right I thought sadly and smiled at them "Sorry guys" I apologized "I guess I'm still the same winter you knew a long time ago" They burst out laughing, "Is it just me or has winter not changed one bit" Qibli teased, I snorted "Sureeeeee" I said sarcastically "I'm sure cactus licker her hasn't changed one bit either" Again more laughing, I felt something move between my front talons, I looked and realized....."THE EGGS HATCHING"I yelled, moon looked surprised and took the egg from me and placed it down gently laying down next to me.  Qibbs and Kinkajou also layed down next to each other watching the egg hatch.

I had to get out of this thing, it felt too small. I didn't like it one bit, I kicked the walls around me really hard and there came a really satisfying crack and did it again and again and again until I could see a shiny bright thing beyond the walls. I finally burst out and I saw four other dragons around me, one was yellow goldenesh and one was bright pink which hurt my eyes. The pale blue one must have noticed me rubbing my eyes cause he told the bright pink one to keep her scales in control. And her scales turned slowly turned to a relaxing pink color, And finally there was a black dragon with a greenish  underbelly, she smiled at me, I looked at the pale blue one and he reached out his talon at me, but instead of climbing it I jumped into his talons alarming him as he caught me.

Winter's pov~

The dragonet burst out of the egg, she had pale blue eyes like me and an icewing body structure but horns like a nightwing, her scales were black but   whitesh mixed with light blue at the end of her talons and wings, and the underside of her wings was black but instead of stars there were beautiful swirls of white which looked like the constellation Leo. Moon was smiling at her as the dragonet looked at her and then she looked at me again, I smiled and held out my talon expecting her to climb on it but instead she jumped onto me, startling me so badly as I clutched her with my forearms. She looked at me with an innocent face which I found adorable and then....Qibli had to ruin the moment "She seems like winter already" Qibli said as moon took the dragonet cradling it in her talons "What are you guys gonna name her?" Kinkajou asked, "Shard" Qibli, Moon and I said in unison, me and moon turned to look at Qibli and he smirked "Tough guy here told me the names you were gonna keep of it was a girl or boy" Moon ignored this "Well at least she's perfect. Not the first thing I expected from a dragonet, to jump right on winter" All of them shared a 😄. I glanced at the dragonet and she was reaching to me with her small talons, moon must've noticed cause she handed Shard to me, she snuggled into me and dozed off. All of them looked at me and 'Awwwwww' ed "What?" I mumbled trying not to wake up the dragonet. "You two totally have a special bond" Kinkajou squealed, I felt Shard stirring​ in her sleep so I made a shushing motion to Kinkajou. We talked a little before they left. I pulled moon into me and kissed her, she kissed back without hesitation. "So this is my family huh?" I asked teasingly "as a matter of fact, it is" she used the same teasing tone I used.
