Later that day, every time I encountered my mom I ignored her, and went on with what I was doing.

"James! Jesus Christ what the hell is up your ass?! I didn't come on this vacation just for you to be on your period. I came to get away from your father and hangout with my children, is that to much too ask?" She said with the most disappointed voice I've ever heard.

" I will stop once you tell me what you're hiding from me and Mason!" I snapped back at her.

" What are you talking about, I tell you guys everything! E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G!" She spells out at me, hoping I would understand more. I'm not gonna budge this time.

I really wanna mention the hidden door, but I have no idea if my brother listening or not. By the sound of my mom and me screaming at each other, and Mason still hasn't looked over, he's probably to invested in his pokemon game.

So I decided to say it, boy was that a bad idea, on my part.

"Well least I don't lie to my kids!!" I scream at my mom.

"What are you talking about James, I tell you everything," she said sitting back on the couch. She is right she does tells us everything, sometimes a little too much.

"Mom, I saw you coming out of a fucking door in the side of the wall," I said pointing at the hole where she came out of earlier that day.

She just sat there in awe. She couldn't believe what I just said to her, like she'd been caught. I looked back at my brother to see if he was listening, but he was still not paying attention which was good.

"James... I ... have no idea what to say. When did you see me go in the room?" She questioned me, trying to guilt trip me into feeling bad.

"When we first got here, and I brought your bags in and I saw you walk out of it as it shut behind you." I said on the verge of punching something. "What is in that room Mom? What are you hiding from Mason and me," by the time I said his am again, he took his headphones out and looked worried. He looked at our mom like she was the devil. That's what I didn't want to happen.

"Would you like me to show you two? I have nothing to hide," she assumed I was still listening, as I headed straight toward the spot I saw her come out of, as Mason followed behind.

She gets to the door and tells us to stand back. I couldn't stop myself from wondering if something or someone was gonna come out and hurt me, maybe even murder me?

As she reaches in her front pocket and pulls out a key, I stare at Mason wondering if he's thinking what I'm thinking, that this doesn't seem right. Something seems to be off. A key? She places the key into the door, but very slowly like she's waiting for an object to appear. At this point I have no idea what's in in store for my fate. I look around in the dining room, reassuring myself nothing bad will happen to Mason or I.

As I turn my head to the direction of the kitchen, an enormous bright light impaired my vision. Everything went black. Everything went cold, I had remembered nothing except the moment's before what hit me. I sound crazy but this is only the beginning.
