"Yuri... How... how is he.. here..?" (Y/n) asks, holding the tears back from seeing Victor sleeping on the floor in only boxers and a green robe wrapped around him as Makkachin lies beside him fast asleep in his arms. She felt as if she doesn't deserve this since he's only here to be Yuri's coach. She holds back the tears and hears Victor sneeze in his sleep making her heart stop for a second. Looking down at the ground, Victor sits up with tired eyes as he continues to hold Makkachin in his arms.

"I'm starving... Hungry...." He says sleepily, peering over his shoulder looking at the three people sitting behind him.

"What would you like to eat?" Yuri asks him stuttering over his words.

"As your coach, I'd like to know what your favorite food is, Yuri," He answers, looking over at him.

She could feel her heart break a little, knowing that he isn't here for her. Standing up, her once happy (e/c) eyes become dull as she could feel all of her emotions shut down. Trudging over towards the kitchen she says, "I'll go make the food."

Tears form in the corner of her eyes, and start to slide down her cheeks and drop onto the floor. She felt numb, unable to feel what emotion she's having. Her mind goes blank as she enters the kitchen and gets the ingredients together to make their favorite food.

Placing a small bowl in front of her, she puts in dashi, sugar, mirin, soy sauce, and salt into the container and starts to mix it together with a wooden spoon. As she does this, she could feel a certain presence appear in the room as the temperature drops a bit. Not even looking to see who it is, she says, "Go away."

Still feeling the presence, she couldn't get angry due to her emotions being broken and continues on with mixing the ingredients.

"Hello to you too, (Y/n). Did your emotions stop working?" It asks, with happiness in their tone. She couldn't be able to tell if it is a boy or a girl since the shadow doesn't have a high or low voice. Placing the bowl to the side of her, she takes out a small skillet and places it on the stove, turning the knob to medium heat. Heating up the vegetable oil that she has poured in, she adds onions and lets it cook as she starts to stir it clockwise.

"Isn't sad that, the famous Russian prodigy, Victor Nikiforov, didn't notice you? What if he never notices you? Will you become heartbroken? Will your heart shatter? What would happen if he doesn't care if you-" The shadow announces in the silence as it becomes cut off by her sudden voice.

"If I what? If I died? If I committed suicide?!" She responds to it with anger laced with her voice, making sure that her family doesn't hear her. Her throat starts to become dry from the amount of tears that she has cried. Placing the wooden spoon on the countertop, she grabs the bowl, and lets the ingredients fall in. Putting the bowl back down, she stirs in the dashi mixture.

"What if he didn't do anything?" It mentions as she tries to ignore it, and places the wooded spoon back onto the countertop. She picks up the pork and lies the cut up slices carefully on top of the onions.

"Come on, (Y/n)~ You're not being fun." It says, as if it's sad. She drizzles eggs around the slices, and then covers the skillet, having to wait a few minutes until the eggs are set. Turning around she, slides down the cupboards with her face becoming red from the crying.

"Please, just go away." She croaks, as she looks up at the ceiling, avoiding to see the shadow. She could hear it chuckle a bit only making her groan by the fact that it can follow her no matter what.

"I can't do that, I'm stuck with you. And I'm sure that Victor is the same way about you." It states, only to have the tears stop flowing down her cheeks. She could feel her whole world fall apart. Everything crashed, torn down, broken. And she wasn't able to do anything.

Hearing the timer beep, she stands up and turns the knob counterclockwise, turning the stove off, and divides the rice between two bowls, topping each off with half the onions, eggs, and pork slices. Placing each in different bowls, she holds the bowls in her arms and hands trudges into the room where her family is talking with Victor. Not looking at Victor, she places each bowl in front of them. After that she trudges off, going into her room hoping to relieve the pain.

"(Y/n)? Where are you going? I thought you wanted to hangout with Victor." Minako says confused at her sudden change of behavior. She could see drops of salt water dropping onto the floor, making her wonder.

"I'm going into my room, don't worry about me Minako. I'm fine." She says, going into her room, sitting down in the bed. Feeling the tears start to come back.

*~*~*~*~*

"Wow! Amazing!" Victor announces with his blue eyes beaming with happiness, looking at the bowl.

"Our specialty, the pork cutlet bowl, extra large!" Hiroko says.

Without having a second thought, Victor eats one piece only for his eyes to beam in delight. "Vkusno!"

"Delicious! Too good for words! Is this what God eats?!" Victor says, devouring the food.

"I'm glad you like it," Yuri says.

"Yuri gains weight easily, so he was only allowed to eat it when he won a competition. Right?" Minako claims, looking over at Yuri with a sly look.

"Oh? So have you eaten this pork cutlet bowl recently?" Victor asks.

"Yes, I eat it often." Yuri answers with a smile.

"Why? You haven't won anything. With that pig body of yours, lessons would be meaningless. You need to get back to your weight at last year's Grand Prix Final, at the least... Or I cannot coach you. Until then, no more pork cutlet bowls. Okay, little piggy?" Victor says with a smile. Yuri didn't get mad and Minako taps him on the shoulder.

"Should we go check on (Y/n)? It looked like she was crying." She whispers in his ear, only to have him look down at the ground with saddened eyes, knowing that something is wrong with her.

"Psychosis." Yuri mutters, knowing that she's dealing with something related to psychosis.

"Huh?" Minako says, confused at what he said.

"She can hear and see a shadow, but we can't. It's something that she's been dealing with even before our family adopted her. We believe that it's related to Psychosis since she has hallucinations, she hasn't been sleeping much, and... we don't know what to do." Yuri whispers to Minako, giving her an idea.

"Victor, how about you check on (Y/n) for us. I bet you'll make her happy." Minako says suddenly, holding Yuri back from disagreeing but Victor's blue eyes light up with happiness, remembering that he got a picture with her last year.

"Okay! Time to see the Angel of Japan!" Victor says in a joyful voice, as he makes his way towards her room.
