IT'S THE BOOK CLUB BIRTHDAY!!!
It's officially been 1 year since Manasa
and I started this.
Last year we read Confession about Colton and it was amazing.
So this year in honor of 1 year we picked a book in the same genre. A mystery/thiller. But more on that later.
Did everyone read The Boy With Words for Skin? Did you enjoy it?
My Review:
So only read 3 chapters and that was a struggle. I just didn't like anything about it.
The description was so heavy I felt like I was drowning in it.
And nobody has names. Their names are so weird.
The Boy with Words for Skin is the main characters name. (They call him Words.) His brother is called The Headless Boy With The Head Less Dog (Head and Heady for short.) The have friends called The Girl With Sewing Kits for Arms and The Girl with No Eyes (Kit and Eyes for short) ect ect.
Just no.. I tried and I can't.
