Well... This is awkward

Uhmm. Hi. It's Georgia and it's been awhile. By awhile I mean it been 6 months. Last I posted was a week into April. Sorry about that.

I have some major explaining to do. 

I had some major anxiety takeover my life, I mean it was bad. I couldn't sleep, I couldn't eat, I just wanted to stay in my room away from the world. But I couldn't because I have responsibilities. 2 jobs, GED classes, test for my GED, and other things. 

So this (and reading in general) started to feel more like a chore, rather than something I wanted and had fun doing. I made the choice to take a break from all of this. I went dark on both my personal account and this account with no explanation. I should have posted something letting you all know what was happening but I kept pushing it off until I felt like it was too late. 

I deleted the app, I took the bookmark off of it on my computer, and didn't even think about it anymore. I took a much needed vacation in June (for my 20th birthday) and I took sometime to just focus on my mental health.

 In the beginning of September my reading started picking up again and I started thinking about this again. So I decided that I would wait until now to start in back up because November will be the 3 year anniversary of this book club. 

Now that I'm back, there is going to be some renovation to this book but that won't be until early 2020. This club was co owned by me and my friend Manasa, but I haven't talked to them since January. I've reached out again and I'll keep you updated on that.

P.S. In case anyone is wondering I passed 2 out of 4 on my GED tests. Just have math and science to pass. They are proving to be difficult AF!
