Hey y'all it's Georgia! Look at me picking up that Texas talk. Took me long enough I've only living in Texas for 2 years.
I also want to say... I'm now 19 years of age. One more year and I can say I've lived 2 decades.
Anyway... because I suck I (again) didn't finish the book. Someone should revoke my readers card.
But I got so close! The book is short and so easy to read but I've been in a reading slump ALL YEAR. And I'm about ready to scream.
My (do I even have to say it's my sorta review again?) Review:
So Rayne is a mermaid. I was really hoping she would be a Siren. But mermaids are chill.
The writing of the book was at times beautiful and lyrical and other time sorta basic. So the author is definitely still learning their writing style (which is fine. I'm still learning mine!)
The characters felt very alive and fleshed out which is always nice.
The book was good. Is it wonderful and life changing? Not to me. But I still enjoy reading it.
This month's book is... A Secret Service by joymoment it sounds great! Can't wait to start it.
