My eighth grade teacher said you can fix anything with tape
So long as it's sticky and placed there by an ape
Tape can fix anything but the bonds we make
Sure, it fixes tears, cracks and hearts that break
Tape can seal someone's lips, sure
For your dark mind, there is a cure
Tape can fix anything as long as there's enough
Layer upon layer, upon random broken stuff
Waterproof it against the tears you know you'll cry
I don't know if you will, but hey, you can try
Prepare for anything, bring that roll of tape
You can be hero, if only you fix that cape
