i slowly wake up from my sleep and look around an no one was in the room with me. i sit up in my bed and rub my eyes and let them adjust to the light in my room. i slide legs my legs out of the bed and stand up. i walk into the bathroom and grab my hair brush and brush my long, blonde, wavy hair and just leave it. i do light makeup and i go into my closet and get this outfit and put it on

i grab my phone off my charger and see a text message from my mum saying
' Lyla, your father and i are out shopping for a trip we are going on for a week. we will be back in a few hours to pack and then we are heading off - mum xo'
i shut my phone of and take it with me and walk downstairs. i walk into the kitchen and grab a glass from the cabinet. i walk to the fridge but something catches my eye from outside. i turn my head and see austin, Grayson and Ethan all outside passing a football. i fill up my water from the fridge and walk outside.
" look who's finally awake" Ethan says catching the ball then looking over at me
" good morning to you too" i say then i take a sip of my drink
" good morning " Grayson says smiling at me
" good morning" i say then smile back at him
" austin?" i say looking at austin
" hmm?" austin says looking up from his phone
" good morning?" i say with a bit of attitude
" someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed" austin says putting his phone in his back pocket of his shorts
" i'm borrowing your skate board because i need coffee and starbucks is around the corner so good bye" i say then turn around to walk into the house
" do you want me to drive you?" ethan says
i turn around and say " no it's alright, i need the exercise"
grayson laughs and smiles at me
" nah i'll take you" ethan says and walks up to me
" ugh fine~" i say pretending to be annoyed
" i'm doing you a favour" he says then laughs then he walks past me and grabs car keys
Ethan and i walk out the front door and into his car
" are you and Grayson living with us now?" i say with a laugh as Ethan starts up the car
"hmmm no" Ethan says looking at the road as we are driving
" why did you want to take me to Starbucks so bad?" i say with a laugh
" why so many questions missy?" ethan says looking over at me then smiles
" why no answers" i say and i look over at him then smile
