I looked at it. "AP English." I said.

"OMG!! Me too." She said with a 1000 watt smile on her face. "You know what? I'll just go get my books and then we can go to class together. Okay?" She asked already walking away, and left before I could answer.

"Okay." I said, even though I knew she could not hear me.

Spinning in my locker combination, I swung it open and

SPLASH!!!!!!!!!

Chapter 1

New Girl In Town

It all happened so fast, it took me a while to realize what had happened, but realization soon dawned over me. I understood 3 things.

Firstly, I was soaking wet from head to toe in ice cold water.

Secondly, I was standing there completely frozen if you don't count my shivering body and chattering teeth.

Thirdly, a group had formed around me and almost everyone's eyes were on me. Wow, talk about embarrassing.

What I did not understood was how all of this had happened.

"OMG!!" Lexi gasped from the crowd, pushing her way through to me. " What the hell is this?" She shrieked, when she was next to me.

I was still frozen, so I could not come up with a response. I just stood there, my mouth hanging open, with clothes clinging uncomfortably to my body and my hair all over my face sticking to it. I knew I should not have gotten layers and bangs.

"Now you know why you should never have messed with him, eh?" A very loud, deep and completely new voice boomed through the crowd.

Everyone quickly parted their ways to a group of boys.

"What the fuck have you done to your hair, Brittany?" The boy in the very front asked. I have no idea who it was directed to, but I had a pretty strong gut feeling that said it was directed to me because he was looking at me and taking in my appearance and  I was too busy shivering and chattering to answer his question or take in his appearance.

So, I did what any girl in my situation would do. Blink and say, "huh?"

"What the hell is this, guys?" Lexi asked again from beside me, shooting daggers at the boys.
