Several days later, you were ready to go back to work. You kept your head high and went about your business as if nothing happened. You didn't want your employees freaking out or getting nosy anyways.
That didn't stop you and Bruce from exchanging glances though. Smiling awkwardly, blushing, the stuff teenagers would do. If anyone caught on and asked, you guys would tell them there was nothing going on between you two, even though you both knew that there was definitely a thing between the two of you.
You were walking to the break room to get yourself a coffee when someone pinned you to the counter from behind. You turned around and glared at the male who had done so. "I would suggest that you get back to work," you said, trying to push him away from you, "I don't think you want to lose your job."
The guy smirked, "It would be worth losing if I won you." You tried to get out of his grasp, but he pressed his hips against yours. Your glare intensified, " I told you to let me go."
"That's not going to happen," the guy said, leaning in to kiss you. Before he could, Bruce walked up behind him, clearing his throat. The man turned around, and Bruce slammed his fist into the pervert's face, sending him to the ground.
You moved away from the counter, but before walking out of the room, you kicked the guy in the ribs, smirking in satisfaction. Then you got your coffee and walked out of the room, walking arm in arm with Bruce. "Thanks," you said, walking down the hallway with him, "For dealing with him.."
Bruce put his arm around you, " It was no problem." You chuckled, " I can imagine."
Bruce stifled a laugh when you moved your hands up to your face in a way that they resembled the batman mask. "I may need to get you a mask too," he said, "You would look pretty good in one."
You chuckled , "Damn right I would!"
