Scarlett

I woke up to find myself alone in the bed. The empty space beside me telling me Justin was already up. Or did he even come up to sleep last night?

My body was still so sore as I sat up. I felt the pain everywhere. Just the thoughts of what I did caused tears to prick the back of my eyes but I held them in as I heard the door click open and Aryan came in, still in his PJs.

"Morning Bubs" I said and faked a smile at him.

He climbed up on the bed and kissed my cheek.

"Good morning mommy" he said and I smiled.

"I wanted to talk" he said and I nodded.

"Since daddy came home, both of you look very sad, is something wrong? Is the bad guy still troubling us?" He asked and I licked my lips.

"Y-yes baby, he's still troubling us. But don't worry, he'll be gone soon okay?" I asked and he nodded and hugged me.

"By the way where is daddy and has Ayana woken up?" I asked.

"Both are downstairs, daddy is feeding Ayana her breakfast.

"Oh" I said.

"He slept in my room last night, he also got Ayana there and I asked if I can call you too but he said you already slept" He said and I looked down and nodded.

"Yeah, I slept early, I was very tired. Did you have breakfast?" I asked and he shook his head.

"We were waiting for you, Ayana started crying that's why daddy started feeding her" he said.

"Oh, let's go then" I said and he nodded.

He held my hand as we walked downstairs and into the kitchen where I saw Ayana sitting in her baby chair and Justin sitting in front of her and feeding her the baby food while pretending that the spoon was an aeroplane which made Ayana giggle and laugh.

I felt a genuine smile take over my place.

"Mamma mamma!" Ayana said and started bouncing on her seat excitedly when she saw me.

"Good morning princess" I said and walked to her to kiss her cheek.

"Alright, breakfast is ready, all take your seats!" Mama Jen said and we obeyed her.

I sat down beside Justin and Aryan sat across us.

Mama Jen placed our plates in front of us and the started feeding Ayana so Justin could eat.

He's been so distant and I don't blame him at all. I know how I felt during Olivia. I know how much it hurts. And what Justin saw was way worse.

"Chris Texted me this last night" Justin said and handed his phone to me and I read the text.

I'm returning 50% shares back since Scarlett obeyed. And 50% stay with me since you assholed decided to interrupt us. So if you want the hole thing,send her to me again so we can finish what we started.

I cringed reading the text and gave his phone back.

"You're not going back now, are you?" He said without looking at me and I almost gasped.

How can he say that after I told him everything that night.

"No!" I said and he did not respond and continue eating.

I get it. He's mad and he's going to take some time. But these snide remarks that he makes now and then hurt so much.

They make me hate myself more if possible.
