"Come in!" I said when someone knocked at my door and Rachel peeked in.

"Hey Rachel" 

"Sir, there is a man here saying he has a great partner deal for our company, I read some of the points and they seem interesting, should I send him in?" She asked.

"Oh, if you say so" I said and she nodded and went out.

A couple seconds later, the door opened again and a man who looked a little older than me, maybe a year or two older, came in.

Tall, strong built, blue eyes, facial hair and he wore a perfectly fitting white suit with a black tie.

"Hello Mr. Bieber, I'm so glad to finally meet you" He said in his deep voice and I stood up.

For a moment I was intimidated by him but I gained my focus back.

"I'd like to know your name before we sit down and talk over the contract, I believe we've never met before" I said and he nodded and walked to the table and extended his hand for me to check.

"I'm Chris Pine, CEO of the Pine Industries" He said and the name sounded familiar and then I remembered where I read it.

"Oh, Pine industries, one of the fastest growing new comer industry in architecture, nice to meet you, read a lot about you" I said and shook hands with him and he smiled.

"Please have a seat" I said and he sat down across me.

"I just started six months ago, my dad helped me start off and now I'm looking for companies to partner with" He said and I nodded.

"I'm following my father's footsteps too, this was all built by him, I'm just running it further" I said.

"And Bieber Ent. & Co. is doing way way better than how much it already did in the last 20 years, the credit equally goes to you Mr. Bieber" He said.

"Oh, you've done all your research" I said and he chuckled.

"That's the first step" He said and I nodded in agreement.

"Now I know it would be a big and risky step for you to partner with my business since I'm new but I want you read the outline I drew for our business together, if you don't like it, I'll walk right out, without any amends" He said and handed me a file.

I flipped it open and went through it very observantly. He is a stranger and new, I have to be very careful with this.

But the file did not once fail to impress me. Every kind of deal felt perfect and he seemed like a genuine and smart man.

"This looks amazing Mr. Pine, mind if call my assistant in and let her be a part of the discussion too?" I asked.

"Oh, no, not at all" He said and I called Rachel through the intercom and called her in.

She pulled a chair at the left side of the desk and sat down and we went through the contract together.

We made certain changes here and there which Mr. Pine agreed to too.

"This seems like a good deal Boss" Rachel said and I nodded.

"You think we should go for it?" I asked her and she nodded.

"Fine, Mr. Pine, I would love to be partners with you" I said and grabbed a pen and signed the contract and slipped the documents towards him and he smiled wide.
